the main reason why this place is getting a three star is due to the efficiency. We were a party of six we were seated promptly. and behind us and in front of us there was also another party that got seated way later, but their food came out first before ours, and we were left waiting for our food longer than normal. The server was really nice and she apologized for the wait apparently the kitchen was backed up. My husband ordered onion rings and we both agreed that as far of the best onion rings we've ever had. It was cook to perfection and it had this amazing sauce on the side. Husband also ordered a hamburger with a side of chili and he enjoyed his meal. I ordered some fries with my shrimp taco and my shrimp was cold so I wasn't really too happy about that. one girl in our group ordered a Philly cheesesteak and she sent it back cause it was too spicy for her. another person in our group ordered a vegetarian pizza and she really enjoyed it. all in all the atmosphere was great. Even though this is a chain restaurant, we really felt like it was a local bar. Our service was excellent. I really liked the feel of the bar and we got to enjoy some great football games while we were there. We both ordered burgers which were top-notch and I did not get a photograph of them because we ate them so fast. Their onion rings are the best. I went in with low expectations- I don't generally like "bar food" but it was nearby the hotel and I was tired (on a business trip). I had the sweetest waiter (I cannot remember his name!) he wasn't a kid and had worked there a while. I ended up eating very unhealthy food - loaded cheese fried - and let me tell you I was shocked at how good they were. The waiter told me a lot of their things are made from scratch in house and he didn't lie. I also had a giant margarita that was really delicious. We popped in on a Monday evening for $10.99 burger day. Any of the 1/2 lb. Burgers on the menu with fries is $10.99. That's a darn good deal! We were greeted and seated right away. Amy, our server, was friendly, efficient, prompt , and attentive. I ordered the habanero burger; it was very tasty but didn't have any kind of kick, which was just a little bit of a let down. But, as I said the flavor was really good! The place kind of has a sports bar vibe with lots of TVs mounted, but an eclectic mix of music is playing, with some of the TVs airing the associated videos. I heard songs and saw videos from the 80's, 90's, 2000's, and later. Good mix! We ordered a "curbside pick up". They also offer "ToGo". It was a little confusing but we finally got a message to park in ToGo spots. It took about 10 or more minutes since it said it was ready. I understand that it's a sports bar, but unless cheering for your team, generally one does raise their voice in a restaurant. We've always wanted to try Bubba's, so we finally decided to give it a shot and it did not disappoint. There was no wait time, which was a great start, and both our appetizers and main dishes came out quickly. The food was definitely the highlight. Decided to give Bubba's a try, after moving here recently! Our waiter was super helpful and refilled our drinks right at halfway. I got the hottest sauce for the chicken sandwich and it was good but tasted more like buffalo sauce than habanero. Now the fire fries... Those were delicious! Just had a pleasant evening at Bubba's 33 after a few years since last trying them. My guy and I were pleasantly surprised by the tasty garlic knots and wild mushroom burger and blown away by the service of Logan our server and Jeri the manager. We did have one unpleasant issue with our burger that Jeri was quick to rectify by taking it off our bill. But we are again just blown away by Jeri's willingness to also give us a voucher for our next dining experience. We will certainly be back to give another try to their burgers. Finally tried this place and all I can say is that I was super surprised. So this stand alone restaurant (chain) has plenty of parking. As a sport bar goes, there's plenty of monitors throughout the place. On my visit the restaurant was fairly busy. That is usually a good indication in my book. And I really love that they support veterans and give them a free meal (limited menu). Bring my first ever visit to a Bubba's 33, I went with the classic bacon cheeseburger with fries. I did look over the menu and there were lots of items that I could have tried. But a burger is always a safe bet. Unfortunately, this was the exception. The meat, the cheese, and even the bacon were flavorless. Adding tons of pepper didn't help. Ketchup and mayo helped a little, but it was still pretty bland. With all the customers there, I can only hope I just happened to select the one item they don't make well. I'm game to try this place again because I really liked the atmosphere. But I definitely won't try any of the burgers. read more

Came here to watch the Browns /Bears game. Sat at the bar as there are multiple televisions. Ordered drinks and was looking at menu when manager came by and noticed our Browns garb. He told us there were tables reserved for Browns fans if we wanted to move. We were contemplating when bartender Abby came by for our order. I told her we may be moving to the reserved spots and she got snarky with me, saying that we would have to go out to the host stand to move!! Really??? We were just invited to move. We decided to stay put anyway, but after a while, it got really cold at the bar. I asked "sweet" Abby if they could turn up the heat. Again, I was met with a snotty attitude saying that other people said it was warm. Of course the female manager came and told me that the heat was on all the way. We come here often, but the last 2 times it was cold with the fans running ( did I mention that the fans were running full blast?) . I think we will be finding a new place to go to watch games. Usually love this place, but when you show up at 11:15 am with an empty parking lot and get told you have a half hour wait to get seated because there's no servers and people piling up in the lobby it's pretty off putting. Are we supposed to wait half an hour for a server to get in then wait another hour for our food because of all the people being sat at the same time?
