Let me make sure Rhonda gets the credit for being the only person making sure the lights stay on at B-Dubs in Pensacola. Now with that being said, if it was not for Rhonda (who is a waitress) did not come to the hostess stand and pget us sat a table, I don't think we would have never sat down. We stood at the hostess stand for about 10 mins with no one giving us even a "be right with ya." Or anything. So that being said, Rhonda got us seated. And got our drinks at a decent turn around. Now the restaurant was about a 1/4 full and it took 30 to 45 mins from order to table. Food was barely warm. Not my favorite thing to one star a joint. But Dan, if you like 1 star reviews. You got it down pat brother. You got to get the front of house in order and get the back of house to man. No excuse taking that long for pre done frozen boneless wings with pre made sauce to take that long. read more

Just want to leave a raving review on management at this location. We ordered food through DoorDash and half of the order was not delivered from the dasher. My partner called in and asked if the dasher had left it there and if we could just come and pick it up. The manager went extremely above and beyond and offered to remake the entire order if we brought in what we did get.. I guess knowing it would all be cold. We would have never asked for that and I have never had any restaurant offer such a kind and great service. All together, just WOW! Thank you for such an excellent experience!!! I ordered online for pick up asap. Our order was supposed to be ready by 7:40p, we arrived at 7:45p and still waited over 20 minutes!!! There was nobody at the cashier/front counter for 10 minutes. I'd be more forgiving if the store was packed, or if they were understaffed, but neither was the case- plenty of workers & store was half empty. Service was still very slow, and workers didn't seem to care at all about the large group of other people waiting for their orders. They constantly walked past us, pretending we weren't there. When politely asked for someone to come to the counter, they had no-care, very unprofessional responses. The cherry on top, they still gave me the wrong order!!! Dan, My Man... This Ain't It. What a disaster. We were at the Pensacola Buffalo Wild Wings for a total of two hours, waited well over an hour for our food, and when it finally came out... everything was literally old and cold. The wings, fries, tots, and burger were all cold to the touch like they'd been microwaved yesterday and forgotten about. Our waitress, Rhonda, was an absolute bright spot - super attentive, kind, and doing everything she could to help. She noticed the problems right away and went straight to the manager, Dan, who apparently thought the solution to a two-hour wait and cold, inedible food was to take $9.99 off the bill. Generous, right? Ultimately, we still paid $40 for food that should've been sent back to the freezer instead of our table. Oh, and the $9 margarita? Delicious... until you realize it had about as much alcohol as a Capri Sun. My husband even said he's tasted better quarter pounders at McDonald's, and I can't argue with that. The restaurant wasn't even busy, which makes it even more unbelievable. Between the old food, weak drinks, and management that couldn't care less, this was one for the books - and not in a good way. Dan's lack of concern or effort to make things right ruined what should have been a simple dinner out. We won't be back. If Dan's goal was to give us a story to tell, mission accomplished. read more

We arrived 10 minutes early and at 5 til everyone started entering by the restraunt. They were not ready to open yet but were so happy to seat us and let us know the server will be over when they open. That was super nice of them. The service was very friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. And their tator tots were absolutely amazing. We were expecting celery and carrots with our endless wings but they didn't arrive until we asked about them while paying the check. Walking into the establishment it smelled like a dirty wet mop. That was almost enough to have us walk out but being starving makes you desperate. The hostess didn't greet us or speak to us at all. The boneless wings were good. I enjoyed my Asian zing and the draft Stella was nice and cold. My little enjoyed her chicken tenders. I was charged for a "platinum margarita" 12.50 which tasted only of marg mix and no tequila. Didn't realize this was their default when ordering a margarita. I just have to say that BWW isn't exactly my go-to wing spot but I always find myself coming back to this location because of the amazing service by Des! I don't think I've ever met a more courteous, fun, funny, and capable server than her. Even when I had questions about the menu, she thoroughly explained all the options and even gave us a wonderful recommendation with our entrees. We were always followed up with and she just made our experience there super fun. Give this woman a raise ASAP! She is definitely the all star of this business and location. My favorite wing place back home. This location has poor customer service and took forever to get our food out (only two meals). The waitress never checked on us we had to flag down a different server for refilling drinks. The only time we were checked on is when she dropped off the check in the middle of our meal, I wanted dessert but I guess that wasn't an option lol. The wings came out cold and were chewy, they messed up the sauces I ordered and shorted my boyfriend. This review is a shout out to the friendly wait staff I experienced last Saturday, specifically our server Reese. Here I am 4 days later still remembering how nice Reese was to our large table. He was genuine, charismatic, clearly a hard worker- and it really made the experience. I especially liked how every time he checked on us he would say "sorry to interrupt". Because of course, most servers interrupt conversations, they have to basically. But I just appreciated that from him. The food here is what you'd expect from such a large chain. The wings are good, the queso is good, the beer is good. I had a burger once here a few months ago- it was the nastiest thing ever. So beware of that. But you don't go here for the most out-of-this-world artistically crafted quality dishes. You come to bdubs for the vibes. And Reese made the vibes better. You go Reese. By far a very disappointing visit to one of my favorite buffalo wing chains. The Wife and I are in Pensacola celebrating the arrival of our new born Granddaughter. After a long day of roller coasters emotions and a long drive from Birmingham, Al a cold adult libations was in order. It's a Tuesday evening and upon walking in I was encouraged that service would be quicker than usual due to only a few patrons. We ordered 2 pints of Guinness and the featured shot was Jameson, sounded perfect. Guinness is was poured properly (see picture perfect Guinness) but what ever was poured from the Jameson bottle, was "not" Jameson. Now my attention is turned to huuuum what else is wrong with this joint? Bar was sticky under my forearms and it's April 2nd this place is 80 degrees inside. Nature calls so I excuse myself for a visit to the water closet. Nasty and neglected would be understatements! It's probably good I can't see the kitchen. I know Buffalo Wild Wings can do much better I've seen it! Someone in upper management needs to randomly walk in on a week night.... Your jaw would drop! This is a mismanagement nightmare! I have no motivation to write this review with one exception, to possibly grab the attention of someone who can make some tweaks and single out your solid employees like Noah the bar tender. We were greeted and he took our order and poured one of the best poured nitro beers I've seen, I've seen more than a few. This young man is a good face for this location, and seems eager to take on more responsibility at least be recognized for a great attitude!
