We placed an order on the App and selected to pick up from inside( to go). Walked in during the recommended time frame. Was never acknowledged by the lady working the counter. The lady cleaning the soda machines was the only worker that acknowledged me. Our oder also came out incorrect and the front soda machines were "not working correctly" according to the lady at the counter who acted like it was her first time having a conversation with another human. read more

My 1st Whataburger. I got 2 Patties with cheese. It comes with lettuce,tomato,diced onion,mustard & pickles. It is a Large burger on a nice soft bun. American cheese, my favorite on a burger! I went to this location during Vacation. I ordered the avocado burger. It was really delicious. The avocado spread is perfect. The burger is perfectly seasoned. I don't really like the skinny French fries here but they weren't horrible. The wait time in the drive thru wasn't long at all. Whataburger is my favorite fast food restaurant to go to. Everything is made fresh and to order. With that being said, I love to come here whenever I for a quick bite to eat from breakfast to a late night snack. I typically stop by in the morning before work for their taquitos. The size of it is perfect and usually are priced at $2 to $3 depending on what you get on it. Service at this location and usually others as well is pretty quick. Now that they have an app, they usually asked if you ordered using your app which makes the service even quicker. Speaking of their app, you now receive rewards by scanning your QR code on your app on your phone. And after so many visit you receive stuff. With the freshness, solid quick service, and reasonable prices, I hope you can see why I think this is the best fastfood restaurant around. read more

I don't know what is happening to whataburger. They used to be the food joint I would go to in a pinch. But their service has been awful over the past few months. Today I waited an awkward amount of time to place an order and then they were using both lanes in the drive through. When the team member working came to my car, he asked what my order was and when I told him, he said "oh... umm you need to be in that lane". They just seem really disorganized. I'll be the first to admit that my humor is difficult to get, but even the younger folks there make an attempt at a polite laugh. I went today and a few days ago. Tonight I went through the drive thru (it was super slow) I sat at the spot where they take your order for 10 minutes before they took my order. It was awkward. I ordered two things, a honey butter chicken biscuit and a vanilla shake. The biscuit was good but the shake was just ice cream in a cup which was very disappointing as it has been good in past times and it cost $5. The other time this week, I went inside in hopes to avoid the long midnight drive thru line. The guy who took my order was older and I think he was new I was very patient with him because I can tell he's going to do great things when he gets a hang of it! Unfortunately the long drive thru line plus 4 more cars had gone by before I got my order. They took 45 minutes to get one Jr. cheeseburger finished... it wasn't even a meal. Very disappointing. I did notice the windows had been cleaned and maybe even the drink machine (which I had wrote about in a past review) so that makes me delighted to know they are trying to improve! Also tonight I did not get a straw or receipt which took away from the window employee being hospitable. The service needs to get a little bit faster. They close the first window and make you pay at the second window which I feel slows things down. I always love some Whataburger. I, once again, got the jalapeño burger with fries. It was excellent! This particular store was very clean, very tasty, and had great service. I won't go into detail about what everyone had, but I will say that everyone enjoyed their meal. It's the first time my kids had eaten here, but I ate here all the time when I was stationed in Pcola. We enjoy going here, but we are tired of not having a full menu!!! We were told when they limited the menu it was just for Spring Break. Spring Break has come and gone and still not a full menu. No salads and the breakfasts are still limited. When we recently inquired about this, we were told they believe the owners have decided to keep it this way through the Summer. This goes for all 3 Whataburgers on Hwy 98 (Gulf Breeze Proper, Navarre, and Ft. Walton Beach). They must be owned by the same person. So sad. And this store, Navarre, has started having so many staff turnovers. We enjoyed coming here partly because of the staff, and they are gone, or their hours have been cut back so much that they have to find new jobs to make ends meet. Again, so sad. We come frequently for the Dr. Pepper shakes and it literally took them 30 mins to give it to us. We ordered a large one and small one and they didn't even get that right. So, they were nice and let us keep the medium one they screwed up on and then took 5 more mins to make the large one. That indicates to me that it never should have taken 30 mins for the other ones . Now, I'm in the drive thru line and it's ridiculous how long we're made to wait. This is fast food... so it should be fast. Just frustrated. We love Whataburger and the ones in Texas are a hell of a lot faster. Management needs to get on this issue! Ordered through the whataburger app also had door dash deliver the order just to have one of the items wrong. No big deal drove to the establishment myself to try and fix the order. When I got there not only was I greeted with a smile and apology they had amazing customer service. They even gave me a Dr.pepper shake, cinnamon roll and extra hash-browns. I usually feel like an idiot eating fast food on vacation, but since we're from Tennessee Whataburger still technically counts as a treat! Because we love to share, my husband and I always pick two things and split them, complete with fries and drinks. Because I'm a huge sucker for specials, we almost always get whatever weird thing is new right then. Last time we went there was some sort of Chorizo burger that we obviously had to get. Other than that, basically anything from the "All Time Favorites" menu is a hit. You can't go wrong with a Chop House Cheddar Burger or the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich. Whataburger is the bomb! If you've never had one, you should! My opinion this is a much better Burger than In and Out Burger and I can always eat one. I usually get the double Whataburger and then add cheese and Mayo. It's exceptional. Go get one! PS the shakes aren't terrible either read more

Apparently messing up your order is normal practice. They shorted my wife a burger and when she went back she got a cursory apology and the burger. I know, I know, always check your order before you leave. But customer service usually involves more than a less than sincere apology for the inconvenience. Next time? Drive all the way to Culver's. Giving three stars because food is excellent. The problem with the Navarre location is poor customer service. I have been here several times using the curbside option in the Whataburger app. This has never worked as it should have. Not once did the order come out anywhere near the promised time. The last time (2 days ago) I was scheduled at 950 am. At 1010 I called the restaurant and inquired about my order. Well the lady who picked up the phone read me the riot act telling me about all the problems with people expecting their orders when they show up a half hour early etc. I tried to tell her I got her 2 mins late of expected time but she kept talking over me. My recommendation is just use the drive through and be prepared to wait. Also I sent a complaint to the corporate office regarding this location. read more

What can I say? I am from Texas and Whataburger is an official Texas treasure. Everything on the menu is delicious. I can't really list the entire menu and comment on it because I love everything here. The new Dr Pepper milkshake, however, is a pleasant surprise.It taste like cherries and amaretto.
