Food was not good. My husband and I got two separate dishes both were mediocre. No flavor, not enough sauce. The cheese dip was very watery. The server was gone most of the time. Not very happy people, they all seem to hate everything. It was a new experience for sure but we definitely won't be back. They definitely need to update the food. If you order Togo, you will most likely be helped by Gladys. Gladys deserves a 10/10, because she is so genuinely nice and has great customer service skills! My order is kind of complicated and I order on the phone, and she always makes sure to communicate effectively and articulates well! I appreciate her. Plus, she is so friendly and built loyalty from me! I think the food here is great and reasonably priced. I enjoy their charro beans and Flautas. My family enjoys their shredded chicken quesadillas with onions and bell peppers. Their tostada is also delicious, but you have to eat it fast for Togo or else the hard shell breaks! read more

However, I highly recommend trying the Charro Beans instead, although I do wish they offered Black beans as an alternative. For my meal, I opted for the shrimp, steak, and chicken Fajitas, which proved to be a satisfying choice. Additionally, my wife and I indulged in their generously-sized frozen Mango Margarita, which was quite impressive in both presentation and taste. Our server provided excellent service, demonstrating quick thinking and efficiency, while the attentive staff worked together seamlessly to ensure a smooth dining experience. Whenever we required refills, their prompt assistance was readily available. On the whole, the restaurant boasts tasteful interior decor and ample televisions, making it an ideal spot for sports enthusiasts. It is worth noting that their Margaritas are indeed delightful. Been ordering from here for a year my daughter loves it here she usually picks up our order. It's been about thee months since the last time we ordered. This time I decided to go in myself it's the first time I've been inside. WOW it's so charming and bright love the colors and decor the music, the staff are super nice and professional. I really have enjoyed the food in the past and I usually order the red sauce over my enchiladas I decided to get the chile verde this evening along with a small guacamole. I don't know if they have changed cook's but everything was bland no flavor no seasoning or salt. The portions have been great I always have leftovers for the next day. This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with the food. I hope it was only this evening and this isn't going to be a repeated pattern. I really don't like the fact we have to drive to Fort Walton or Pensacola to get good tasting food. Even though the food flavor isn't exact but in the past it's been close to what I grew up. Ok, so hubby and I went right after they first opened. I LOVE the decor and atmosphere was great! Service was also great even though they were slammed. Food however was mediocre to bad and very expensive. My husband got the steak nachos and he said they were some of the worst nachos he'd ever had...they certainly didn't look very good. I had the seafood enchiladas...I have had great seafood enchiladas before and these were...not bad..but just not great either. I wouldn't order them again if that says anything. The pineapple jalapeno margarita I had was awesome! So they definitely have a few things going for them...they just need to step their game up on the food part and the price. Chips and salsa were also pretty lacking...chips seemed to be missing some salt or something..they were just pretty bland.. Definitely willing to give them another try and will update my review once I do. Planning on going to have lunch there today with a friend who's never been. Hoping the food has gotten better. If not..it will probably be the last time I go, which is so sad because I live so close and love to go for mexican food. Update: So I went back to eat lunch...Happy to say that the food or at least what I ordered was MUCH better and it being lunch prices, it was reasonably priced! Tried on a whim. Had steak street tacos topped with onions, cilantro with Charos beans, rice, pico de gallo and salsa verde. Steak ( carne asada ) was very good and plentiful! Salsa verde was your typical street style. Charros beans were very delicious! Husband had 1 enchilada, 1 tamale and 1 beef taco with rice no beans. It was on the combo menue. Enchilada and taco were ground beef with potatoes - different and good! The tamal was very good. It had a chunky salsa sauce on top- was good but prefer them unsalted. Rice was good. You will not receive a taste of El Paso from this place. When I first walked in, I instantly smelled sewer pipes. Should've left then, but I was in a hurry and had not eaten all day. After I was seated, it took 15 minutes before a waitress came to the table. I had one of the lunch specials with 1 taco, 1 enchilada, and one burrito. I never received my rice and beans, and I ordered two shredded beef flautas on the side. My taco was drenched from grease from the meet... and the tortillas from my enchilada and burrito weren't even baked... just dough. My burrito was drenched in enchilada sauce... the sauce tasted like canned spaghetti sauce. My flautas were burnt. The chips that were brought out were reheated in grease. I wouldn't doubt it if they weren't reused from previous tables. I ordered queso on the side, which came out hard. I was so disappointed. The waitress's attitude changed from mediocre to worse when I told her that the sweet tea I ordered was not sweet. She bought me my check and I'm sure she knew I was not taking any to go boxes because she did not ask. A waste of $30. While I was signing my receipt a baby roach decided to climb out of my chips and join me! Doesn't get any better than that! Here's the video! I will never go back! Again no seasoning, my son a 3 yr old spit it out. Then dipped every bite in the queso. My husband said the meat tasted like cafeteria food. This place is disgusting! It smells like a toilet in the restaurant and the food tastes the way you'd expect when it smells like a toilet. I got chicken flautas and they tasted like they went to KFC, got their three day old chicken, shredded it and put it in the oldest corn tortillas piggly wiggly sells. The combo platter my husband got was disgusting as well. Runny beans, basically water beans, but not the coffee variety, probably get runny poo from them though.
