While the group ahead of me was getting a large order filled by one person, two other people seemed to be lingering around waiting for drive through orders (instead of helping). Then, when it was my turn, I had to wait for some scheduling gossip to finish before being helped. While not horrible, time-wise, I would think focusing on the customer first would be ideal. The donuts are fine. But I'd rather spend my money at local mom-and-pop shops where the prices are similar, but the donuts are way better.
