I was reading a review from a local on another restaurant. Jc I think was their name. Had a 5 part grading scale to point or rate a restaurant. Hope you see this. Great system. Minus the diet dp bonus points.... what a burger, this location. Well 1.5 service was great and unusual for fast food, food gets .5 so better than expected by a bit, ambiance ah .5 since this seems to be locals hang out, price was 1 pretty fair and returnable well 1 since it's the only thing open at 6:30 around here. Whata COLD burger that trapped me in the drive through for almost 40 minutes. What cold soggy fries too.

SOOOO SLOW in the drive through. Not even a lot of cars. Don't know what was taking soooo long?

The food was good & as expected from Whataburger; however, the noise level was unconscionable! As in all Whataburgers in which we've eaten, the high-pitched, extremely loud buzzer signaling the fryer was finished is quite excessive & disruptive. Surely the staff is attentive enough that all diners do not have to be disturbed by this buzzer! Today, however, added to the annoyance of the fryer alarm, was a staff that literally yelled conversation from one end of the restaurant to the other -- from the kitchen area to the person cleaning off tables in the front of the eating area. This continued through most of our meal. I noted that there was very little customer-to-customer conversation occurring which was understandable considering the ambiant noise level. You could eat in the bathroom it is THAT clean. I have never had a order messed up there. This is the cleanest best run fast food place in Marshall. I am sure of that. The manager is the magic here. He is as good as managers get. there are several reasons why. I have been in this restaurant maybe 60 times or more since it is right by my sons school. I have seen the manager interview employees and seen the ones he hires. I have only spoken to him once. I had problems with the wif and they fixed it. When he saw me in the restaurants several days later he came up and asked me how the wifi was working. He is a amazing manager because the staff is excellent and the restaurant is always clean. They bring you food and even come around to ask if you need more coffee. This one is across from the mall. read more

People say that this place is better than in n out. Those people are wrong. These burgers are dismal. The fries are alright. They charge 54 cents per ranch dressing and douse your burger in mayo if you choose that instead of mustard which is standard on the burger. Buns are cold and soggy. $15 for 2 burgers and 2 fries. read more

We stopped here on our way home from Christmas in Texas back to NC. I was craving Whataburger since I rarely get it after moving away. The food was good but we waited way too long for a fast food restaurant. The staff we could see seemed a little on the lazy side. The counter staff was not busy but stood around chatting instead of helping fill and deliver orders, cleaning tables or bathroom which all needed cleaning. Tables were dirty and the floor was beyond filthy. We witnessed a staff member drag a high chair across the restaurant while carrying trash in the other hand. To say the sound of dragging a high chair across a tile floor was annoying, is an understatement. Lazy, young staff at a fast food restaurant seems to be a trend. The bathroom needed a good cleaning as well. Speaking of bathrooms, this one is a one person one. Not a great idea for a restaurant. There was always a line. this place sucks. took 25 minutes to get a small fry out when there were no other customers. the service was absolutely terrible and they didn't have a clean atmosphere or kind employees. no apologies were offered for the 25 minute wait, and employees were sitting around instead of helping customers. 10/10 would NOT recommend. read more
