Quick and friendly service at drive through- got my order right and great tasting chicken sandwich combo. Highly recommend!

Fo4 the first time in living here in Marshall for 11 years I had a SLIGHT glitch with my food order where there was barely any fried peppers and onions on my chicken fajita. They not only replaced it but they offered 2 & a drink. I just wanted 1, but took the drink. The mod was Landon & he was extremely polite & made sure I was well taken care of & was satisfied with the everything & Tina, who personally handled the whole thing, was sweet and very friendly with a wonderful energy about her who, in my observation, was upbeat & extremely helpful & friendly with all of the other customers despite being the only one at register, knocking those orders out quickly and was kinda like a helicopter parent making sure the preps were being done fast. No rudeness to her coworkers either, just got things done & they were a well oiled machine. This store isn't always perfect ( who is) but the service is never terrible. People forget that this isn't McDonald's where the meat and everything is precooked and waiting in slot pans, reheated a little bit and 1/2 ass slapped together. This food is fresh cooked & everything is done WHEN YOU ORDER IT. It's worth the wait. Shout out to Tina, Landon & the rest of the Victory Drive crew in Marshall Texas!! Sorry this is so long, but as much as people nit pick on the bad, I feel that I should make a deal about something small that was s big deal to me. I mean, we all need to sit back & look for, & appreciate, more of the good things that happen in our days. These people honestly do try alot, so forgive them for not being perfect. Ive seen Tine take flack in the oast & seen her look hurt by customer's words & attitudes, but she keeps smiling & being sweet, even if her eyes look like she wants to cry. We ordered food and it came out wrong, when we asked about it we got an attitude from the lady named "Shartasia". Then when she brought tout the right order, she overheard our conversation and thought we were talking about her and replied to our conversation with an attitude. Lastly we went up to order more food to go and the same lady said oh I'm on break and gave us another attitude. If you're on break don't stand behind the order desk. Manager, this is very unprofessional to have a staff member act like this, please do something about it. read more

DO NOT COME HERE AFTER 11PM. Every time I come here late at night, service declines. Items are always left out of my order. It is very irritating because I hate paying for things I don't get. Whataburger get your things together. Instead of partying in the kitchen like it looks like through the drive thru window, do your jobs the way you were trained. Every time I go to this Whataburger I've had to wait at least 30 minutes. The last time I was there I waited in the drive thru for about 1 hr and 15 minutes (no exaggeration), I couldn't leave because there were cars behind and in front of me. Once I was finally to the window, they said they had lost my receipt so they didn't know what my order was. I saw the receipt on the counter (literally inches away from the workers hand) so I told them "Is that it". The worker just said "Oh yeah!" Once I finally got my food, the bun was burnt, the fries were cold, and I was missing the gravy for my chicken strips. read more

When it was first rebuilt the service was great and the staff was great. Now though, don't bother ordering curbside, because no one comes out, and check your bag before you leave because the last three times I've ordered they've either gotten it wrong or forgotten things entirely (meal sides, extras, or add ons, actual entrées). The staff isn't impolite but they have the personalities of bull frogs. When the order is right, and you don't have to interact with the staff much, it's fine. Don't know who was managing standards when it first reopened, but they need to come back. read more

We seem to have a good experience every time we eat here and have done so here and there for years. We like this location over the other in town. We have hd some over the top cashiers who were both interesting and helpful. The food is typical Whataburger and we have never had anything bad. It seems full every lunch we have been so a lot of people must agree and like it here as opposed to the few sparse, harsh reviews here on Yelp. Some days, Whataburger just hits the spot! read more

I rated this location 1 star, as there was no option for Zero stars. We stopped at this location for a quick meal on a recent driving trip. It started out wrong as we pulled up to the drive-up kiosk to order. We placed our very, very simple order for a #1 with an apple pie. After we completed the order, it was repeated back incorrectly - we ultimately got that resolved. THEN we drove around to the drive in window - we were the second car in line. We waited there for over 20 minutes. Once we got to the window, we were told that it would be seven minutes for an apple pie or they could take it off our check - we opted for the latter. It then took over five minutes for her to take off the Apple pie. We finally received our order as we were closing in on the 30 minute mark. We took our order and left. I guess that we should not be surprised that the burger was soggy and the fries were cold and rock hard. Seeing that this location has just two stars, I'm not surprised by our experience! read more

This was one of the worst fast food meals ever. It establishes a new genre - slow cold food. It took 20 minutes then hamburgers were ice cold and no gravy for chicken strips until long after the meal. The chocolate shake was kind of yellow and tasted yellow. No chocolate taste at all. read more

it may be my pregnancy hormones getting to me but I am very irritated. I woke up this morning wanting a BOB from Whataburger. Well, my husband had to go into town anyways to get his medicine. So I asked him if he could go get me food on his way home. I texted him what I wanted: a breakfast on a bun bacon meal with a Dr Pepper. Usually when you say MEAL it comes with HASHBROWNS. The receipt on the bag even says "(1) ML -BOB BAC (1) w/HASHBROWNS". Well, he gets home, I open the bag and start getting all my food out. There's NO HASHBROWNS! I was so looking forward to those too. So disappointed, especially because it felt like he was gone forever and then he gets back and theyre no where to be found.. well, he tells me he was gone so long because Whataburger took over 30 minutes to get his order to him. He probably would've been better off going to Taco Bell which was my second choice and will definitely be my first choice next time read more

Rude, lazy cashiers every time I dine in or drive through - what's up with that? If you don't want to work with the public, please stop ruining one of my favorite places to eat. Food is always great, though sometimes not as ordered (which doesn't bother me as much as some of the staff being awful every single time I dine in, and sometimes on drive-thru). I always try to remember and just drive through to minimize my contact with them, but again, the food is 99% spot on top notch. read more

First time at their new rebuilt restaurant. Cashiers were struggling. I ordered a Junior Double Meat with bacon. No bacon. I only ate a portion of my burger. It did not look well cooked and had an unusual taste. On the plus side, the fries were great. The restaurant was clean and they did refund my meal. Hopefully, they will improve. read more
