I don't have high expectations when it comes to fast food chains but this Sonic Drive-In needs to have better management and a routine to ensure that their customers properly get their meals. It's one thing to forget one item, it's another when THREE items were missing after being tipped $10 on a $60 total! My family and I were traveling and decided to stop by this Sonic. We had three combos, all with shakes, with 2 corn dogs, a large tater tots and 1 extra shake. When we were ordering, the lady on the other end kept getting the orders wrong and had us repeating multiple times on what we said. OK, understandable that perhaps the signal wasn't good. Then, the wait. It took us a while to get our food. A girl walked out with our four shakes first and told us that our food will be ready soon; we thanked her and tipped $10 on top of paying for the order. As we drank our shakes, the girl came out with two bags. In one bag, were the two combos, and the other bag had the sides. Frustratingly we didn't catch the missing corn dogs first, just one of the combos (burger) missing, so we informed them we were missing the burger. When they gave us our burger, we then realized we couldn't find the corn dogs. We went back to the front and showed them our receipt, to which a second lady walked out to reassess the situation. We could tell the first girl was feeling bad so we tried to not make a fuss, but truthfully after the 20+ minute wait, having our order read back wrong a few times and then 3 missing items, I wouldn't come back. You'd think once they got tipped $10 that would at least motivate someone in the team to check the receipt and ensure all items were ready. Food was cold, no napkins, carhop didn't have a personality. Bread on the burger was hard. Do better! Owner or manager, this is your fault. You're not doing your job, watch your employees, check the quality of food or get a new job it's that simple. With these reviews you're not going to be here very long. read more

Incompetent management. Ordered ahead on the app (about 20 minutes AFTER store opened on a Saturday morning). About 5 minutes after checking in, a young lady approached me and said "we just got here and it will be 15 minutes at least". Our universal sonic rating is 5.1/10 (+1.5 for food, +0.5 for atmosphere, +1 for price, +1.1 for fountain Diet Dr Pepper with Sonic ice and optional flavor, 0 for typical service and +1 for we will return) Sonic has good food. We like most items here....some are better than others obviously. It is cool to pull up and roll the windows down and eat in your car at these places. The price is always reasonable. They have great Diet Dr Pepper. The sonic ice is our favorite ice of all. The ice and the flavors you can add to drinks give it the extra 0.1z The service is friendly and typical. I always order ahead when going to sonic, but this location just can't seem to get it right. Apparently they clear the board before finding out where the order even goes! Wasted 30 min on a drink order. I checked in, waited 15 min, then I tried to use the call button and nobody ever answered. Finally flagged down a worker and asked about my order. She brought it out and said it was on the counter the whole time. They didn't know where it went because they cleared the board. Do not recommend this location at all. This is the second time I've had to call in on a mobile order because they apparently cleared the board then too. This sonic is comparable to the sonic you would find in west Texas. If you've been there--you get it. We ordered a junior breakfast burrito, a regular bacon breakfast burrito, a large coke, and a small vanilla shake with hot fudge. The jr burrito couldn't feed a child. In fact, it would probably just make the tiny human angry. I could have given it to a small bird who would gracefully carry it away while using its other talon to give me the finger for feeding it crumbs. The regular burrito was the size of a jr burrito at literally any other sonic except the ones found in...you guessed it: food rationing, boom-bust, price gouging west Texas. The vanilla shake didn't have any hot fudge, but at least the coke was popping. Oh and they only gave us one f-ing mint. This sonic is terrible. The manager Brandon is unprofessional and has young workers that mess up orders constantly. Food is nasty, oil is old..need new management or close down. On a good note Daniel is great manager. He needs his own sonic to manage. read more

Food was about as expected, my drink was okay too. I'll never be back to this place though. I was getting ready to eat the ice from my drink and there was a gnat buried halfway through my ice. He thought I scared her but I didn't care. I have a problem when I order food that I pay for and it's wrong. She didn't offer to exchange it or if I wanted to place another order. Prices on the menu dont reflect what you are being charges. When confronted all they say is thats what the computer says....Not an excuse. Tried the other sonic location and same thing so i drove to Longview out of curiosity and amazing the price on the same item was what i was being charged....Be careful of Marshall locations they will overcharge you...also not very. friendly. Ok so I went to this sonic and I asked for a medium strawberry shake and I had got a medium. But when I started to drink the shake there was nuts and chocolate at the bottom and I am allergic to nuts and I had an allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital. Just got back to my office with my order. I had a jr cheeseburger deluxe, tots and an iced tea. The burger wasn't even edible! There was so much mayo on the bun it wouldn't stay on the burger. The "meat" was cold and hard and the cheese, because the burger was cold, wasn't even melted...even a little. The fries and tea were fine but that burger was ridiculous. The management really needs to step up and manage the quality of their food. I won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Every time I come here the screens are out! I mean on all the ones that aren't next to the building. I don't know why I keep coming here. The service is alright but nothing to scream home about. I think this was my last visit. And I am here all the time and this problem is never fixed. And it's crazy to pull into a stall and the stupid screen is out. Then to find another and it's out.
