The place was so smoky and smelly it would explain why my order was so bad. I got a whataburger classic burger and when I bit into it, all I could taste was mustard and ketchup. I lifted the bun and there was a pool of each and more condiments than meat. When I took it back in and asked the manager if that was normal she wouldn't answer and would only offer to remake it. So I ordered that one plain and added the condiments myself but the burger still didn't taste like I remember when visiting Texas. So sad to see them go so far downhill.
