Bourbon Alley is a prohibition themed bar that makes you feel like you're in a whole different world. Every drink on the menu is thought through and hand crafted to perfection. They do a flight of drinks each weekend, and the most popular drink in the flight makes it on the menu the next week. Their liquor selection is great, and the garnishes are even better. It's all fresh and delicious. They do have a cover for their guests, but I like this personally as it keeps the bar more classy on the inside. Many bars around town have unique personalities, and the cover is a great way to deter people out that you don't want around anyways. Can't wait to visit again.

We were immediately greeted by the valet driver and then the General Manager, who seated us promptly. (He visited with us after the meal and checked to make sure everything was up to our liking.) I asked for blue cheese crumbles with the steak and the waitress never brought or mentioned them. I asked for French fries in place of the scalloped potatoes, and the steak came with the scalloped potatoes instead. When I asked for fries to come out in addition to the steak (thinking the kitchen may have messed up), the waitress sounded like this was the first time I had asked for fries.
