It seemed they're either new or restructuring because there was more discussion about where to position a license and where to keep some binder than getting orders out. The drink service was very slow and the drinks themselves felt pretty watered down (not strong). It was close to 15-20 minutes between when I had finished my first drink and was asked if I wanted a second one. I asked for blue cheese crumbles with the steak and the waitress never brought or mentioned them. I asked for French fries in place of the scalloped potatoes, and the steak came with the scalloped potatoes instead. When I asked for fries to come out in addition to the steak (thinking the kitchen may have messed up), the waitress sounded like this was the first time I had asked for fries.
