Nicest lady in the world didn't get her name really good service. 10/10 best McDonalds ever

McDonald's on highway 80 next to Whataburger I swear we sat there in the drive through at the order box asked three times just a moment for 15 minutes. When we drove off cause we hungry there were no cars at either window and there was no one meaning the first window and employees walking around in the second window like chickens with where head cut off loligaging and doing absolutely nothing. Like come on now. Do better. And two cars also drove off with us because service was awful we went to Taco Bell and got our food. read more

It was awful it feels like a valcano in here. There is no salt on any of these fries. The service was awful. There was a fly wing on the chair. There was a random item in a burger. There was a fly in my fries. There was FLIES instead of FRIES. They had no sprite, no Powerade it's like they ran out of everything. Restaurant is advertising Minecraft Happy Meals on on all Windows and Doors. All menus also advertise that they are available. They gave me three Happy Meals with Three different toys left over from past toy releases. I only went there due to the Minecraft advertisement. My son is autistic and loves Minecraft. We were all very disappointed. Do not advertise if you do not have or you are not participating in the event. If they had stated they didnt have minecraft, I would have not even ordered. I don't usually give low reviews, especially don't like them, but giving this location anymore than 2 stars would be a lie. More than 10+ visits and every time it has been a mix of either lengthy silences, wrong orders, poor treatment, or bad customer service. Don't know what's going on, but I hope the employees have more good, happy days since they all seem off edge continuously. Food is pretty much expected for a McDonalds. They forgot my sauce at the window so I went in to get some, the woman working the register helped the person in front of me and then just walked away. I waited for about 8 minutes before someone decided to help me. There was an employee that was mopping and he made eye contact with me 4 times and said nothing to the woman who was supposed to be working the register. They have the order screens inside and it seems like they just ignore everyone and hope they order from there. Very frustrating when all I wanted was the sauce they forgot to give me. read more

Decent for a McDonalds. Quiet and the staff is friendly. Food was actually alright. I sat inside and people watched for a while as I waited to go to an appointment. Pretty clean and nice atmosphere. Workers were surprisingly nice. None of that weird stuff you see on that clock app. When visiting home again I would definitely make this a place to take a break. read more

This review is directed to the McDonald's on East End Blvd. These were some of the most unprofessional and lackadaisical employees I have experienced. The drive thru menu was not on when I mentioned it the employee say 'yea it's out'. I made my order and a second employee said, 'is that it?'. At the pay window the employee gave me my order and then walked away. The words 'yes sir' and 'thank you' were never said. read more

I know that my expectation shouldn't be high for McDonald's, but it would be nice if we got everything we paid for. They have signs everywhere saying "hiring smiling faces" but no one is happy. No one is smiling. The drive thru girl that gave us our food didn't even speak to us.. not a hi, not a smile, not a "you're welcome", not a "sure you can have hot sauce"... not one word. We ordered a caramel frappe and it had nothing but huge giant ice chunks in it, so I couldn't even drink it through the straw. I don't know who enjoys chewing their frappes, but I don't. It's one thing if it was just an off day at the restaurant, but this is like every time we go. We should have learned our lesson by now. Hard pass from now on. read more

Claims to be open 24 hours but has been closed between midnight and 5 am every time I have attempted to come the last two weeks. There are employees inside sitting down on their phones so why is it that they can't do what they are being paid to do? Even when they are open it takes FOREVER to get food and half of the time it's cold, even when you ask for it to be made fresh. Sadly, this is one of two stores that is "24 hours" out here so if you work late nights or are up late studying this is supposed to be one of the few places to go. If it's no longer a 24 hour store then that should be stated on the building or on maps/yelp so people don't waste their time coming here because of their false advertising. read more

My husband and I stopped here on our way home to get breakfast and a coffee. All the employees we encountered were extremely pleasant. It sounds silly, but it's just nice to see a friendly face when you're about to embark on a day full of travel. Our order was prepared perfectly, although I wouldn't have even cared if they got it wrong based solely on our interactions. Good job, Marshall McDonald's! You all deserve raises. read more

JG score of 5/10 (+2 for breakfast food, French fries and Diet Dr Pepper, 0 for atmosphere, +1 for price, +1 for usually great fountain Diet Dr Pepper, 0 for service and +1 for we only return when we want one of those) The breakfast food here is awesome like the sausage biscuit/ McGriddle/biscuits and sausage gravy/breakfast burrito type stuff. McMuffin stuff is okay but not as good. They do have some great French fries but we never eat the burgers or lunch/ dinner type food there anymore. We might try soon the sausage biscuit/ French fry combo! The atmosphere is blah. Trying to appeal to adult crowd. Game room is sorry. The old playground indoors with tunnels and balls was way better than this. No one anymore seems to use Ronald McDonald and his posse anymore. What a shame. Price is nice here and cheap. Fountain Diet Dr Pepper is awesome usually. Service varies a lot sometimes. We go back only really for the above few things and no other reasons. read more

Went into to purchase pop and a parfait. Staff very pleasant, courteous and very industrious. One was making sure the clients seated had enough coffee....I mentioned one of the stalls needed attention and it was taken care of immediately. Then came the problems go to pay cashier has mask down around her chin, wth, no thank you or anything. Next window AGAIN chin down around the chin. once again didn't speak to us, we ask for s&p, napkins, and ketchup. Hands us one item at a tone giving us a look of "why are you bothering me" the all food was COLD! I just spent 15 minutes in the drive thru for a chicken biscuit and large coke. There was only one car between me and the 1st window. The young man at the window took my money quickly and I moved forward. At the second window the same young man gave me my biscuit and then disappeared. He was now taking orders at the front counter while I was waiting on my drink. He was then moving tea containers when I asked for my drink through the open window. I used to get breakfast here all the time on my way to work. But after several visits in a row where my order was either wrong or so poorly cooked that I could barely eat it, I decided to take a break. I decided to finally give them another try this morning only to wait through the long line to the pay window, only to be asked if I had cash since the card reader went down. When I said I didn't have cash, the response was that they couldn't do anything with a shrug and an insincere apology. I know card readers go down from time to time and that there is very little a restaurant can do when it does, but the completely insincere, couldn't-care-less, response has left with no desire to waste my time with this location ever again. It's really disappointing because I love their breakfast menu, too. read more

Restaurant is pretty clean as McD goes. Food as expected. 2 stars because it's listed on McD website as having a playground, so we specifically stopped here with our kids on a road trip. Their version of a playground is a bunch of broken arcade games and one activity center for 1 year olds. Keep driving if you have little kids. Thanks McD for wasting our time. read more
