I've been coming here for years on my way to Hobby Airport to fly back to California. I always order about half dozen breffast taquitos for my trip. The service has always been fast and polite. This morning it took about 15 minutes for them to serve the car in front of me. I expected it to be a massive order, but after all that time, it was literally the smallest bag possible. Luckily, they had all that time to prepare my order, so, I didn't have to wait much longer. The gentleman was polite and friendly but I was annoyed for having to wait that long. P.S. This is the worst location i ever been to in my life!! Every time i come here it is always a problem with my food!!! I got the wrong order before and it let them slide! I got crappy cold food before and i let them slide but last night 11/13/23 we arrived in the drive through line at 9:30 pm we didn't get to the window til 10:20 pm! Where do I begin? I ordered a what a catch fish sandwich and what I received was not fish and I was not notified by the staff that allegedly they stop selling those a week ago. I get all the way home expecting what I ordered to be in the bag and it was not what I ordered they gave me someone else's chicken sandwich from a week ago. Hmmm...I never seen this fast food burger chain in CA before. So why not check it out?!? I was on my way to the airport and feeling hungry. It was pretty crowded when I walked in. The cashier welcomed me by saying "Welcome to Whataburger." I was surprised since it wasn't my turn yet. I ordered the bacon and cheeseburger with fries and a coke. They give you and number for your table similar to Carl's Jr. The lady brought my food with one tray. The other tray she has napkins and sauces to pick from, sweet! They even have spicy ketchup! My fish was hard and cold and my husband whataburger was cold and dry. I stopped a young lady whom was working drivethru, handling front counter, and limping outside to take parked customers their orders. Carita Turner politely listened and went and talked with the gentleman whom were responsible for my complaint.
