I've been coming here for years on my way to Hobby Airport to fly back to California. I always order about half dozen breffast taquitos for my trip. The service has always been fast and polite. This morning it took about 15 minutes for them to serve the car in front of me. I expected it to be a massive order, but after all that time, it was literally the smallest bag possible. Where do I begin? I ordered a what a catch fish sandwich and what I received was not fish and I was not notified by the staff that allegedly they stop selling those a week ago. Hmmm...I never seen this fast food burger chain in CA before. So why not check it out?!? I was on my way to the airport and feeling hungry. It was pretty crowded when I walked in. The cashier welcomed me by saying "Welcome to Whataburger." I was surprised since it wasn't my turn yet. I ordered the bacon and cheeseburger with fries and a coke. They give you and number for your table similar to Carl's Jr. The lady brought my food with one tray. The other tray she has napkins and sauces to pick from, sweet! They even have spicy ketchup! They didn't know I was outside. They brought me out my order COLD, said I was supposed to put in my space number. On March 28, 2019 my husband and myself ordered the whatacatch and whataburger meal. I was highly dissatisfied and not a manager was on sight. My fish was hard and cold and my husband whataburger was cold and dry. I stopped a young lady whom was working drivethru, handling front counter, and limping outside to take parked customers their orders. Carita Turner politely listened and went and talked with the gentleman whom were responsible for my complaint. Two minutes later Carita walked our meals back out with fresh product including more fries. She has such amazing hospitality and great customer service skills!!!
