Here today! I'm back in town and looking to glut at my favorite hole in the wall food joints! While out and about, this American Deli was enroute so in keeping with the spirit of hood food I pulled right on in. As usual I ordered shrimp fried rice, 1 piece of catfish and combined all three punch flavors. Of course, to be politically correct as a food fatty I fill my cup with lemonade to quench my thirst and appreciate my people (hood folks) and wait on my order. I decided to give them another try and I can honestly say they have made improvements. They now show you your food before you leave to ensure that everything is correct and they also add seasoning to the fries before you leave. Good job on correcting these issues. My go to is the 10 piece wing combo, 1/2 lemon pepper dry and 1/2 honey garlic all flats extra extra crispy. Sometimes they go overboard on the honey sauce so I have to remove them from the sauce right away to prevent them from getting soggy. Overall, these are some of my favorite wings! read more

The sandwich came with all of the vegetables minus the extra cheese. When I tell you that they royally messed up on her sandwich, I cannot even tell you!! It's crazy!! They refused to remake the fries. When she asked for the Diet Coke that was ordered and marked as "Diet", they requested the cup that it came in for them to replace it. However, we didn't figure out that it was not a diet until she had left. They refused to replace the drink without a cup.
