I heard mixed reviews on this establishment but I had to come myself and see. It's not in the best of locations but the food I had to try. During my visit I must say I had a pretty good experience. It does tend to get busy depending on the day, but the staff handled the rush really well and got orders out quickly and efficiently, which I definitely appreciated. I ordered the shrimp fried rice along with five regular wings and a peach drink that was highly recommended and it did not disappoint. The fried rice was flavorful with a good portion of shrimp, and the wings were cooked just right with a nice crisp to them. The peach drink was refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. Put it the freezer before lol drinking it iykyk. As for the ambience, it's pretty casual and straightforward nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable enough to enjoy your food without any issues. The family gold wings were delicious! They had great flavor and weren't too spicy for my girls. The wings were fried naked and had a nice crisp. The crinkly fries were also crispy and delicious. A friend brought these wings over for a pregame and they were actually pretty good. We had spicy honey bbq and I believe a regular sauce. The wings were tender and a decent size. I will say the fries were wayyyyyyy too salty. I think he said he added lemon pepper and slap your mama sauce so maybe that's why but if not for the excess sodium it would've been much better. I usually order a 10 wing combo with half hot and half lemon pepper. The hot sauce - imagine hot sauce with seasoning mixed in; the lemon pepper sauce - imagine a wet (versus a dry rub) tangy lemon pepper sauce. They keep seasonings and ketchup at the counter to add to your fries before you leave. I also had peach drink. It was good! But, again...just sugary, peach flavored drink. Well the OST location did just that, they refused to let me place an order for a 15 piece wing combo with 3 flavors. I would sincerely like to know why you would refuse to honor this request for a customer? Customer service is very important and refusing to honor a reasonable request is poor customer service.
