Went around 7, the little black girl at the front had an annoying, condescending voice after telling me all they had was pork, like it was normal. I wasted my time & gas driving all the way out there for them to not have anything but pork. Tf kinda operation is that. Idk if she was lying, they were lazy or they really did have nothing but pork but i highly doubt they didn't have no chicken, or some kind of beef. I'll never return. & who was the dude in the corner on the computer either with junk & paper on the table like he solving a crime. That's unprofessional af. Customer service means everything the manager Sarah is rude and does not crack a smile so she hates her job. For the lunch i expect piping hot food with smiling faces, dont expect that here. I've been to other Arby's and stopped going because of being served cold food. This place on the other hand is extremely busy and the food here is fresh and hot, not to mention delicious. I had the French Dip and it was amazing, the bun was soft and just WOW! I met the GM Lena and she is super friendly as well as the other employees that served us our food. I swore off Arbys on my list of places to eat, but Lena and her staff have swayed me to return, this place is quite a distance from my home, in fact there is one closer to my house, but I will be coming back to this location frequently. Ordered 2 adult sized combos and a child's meal today and had some of the WORST service ever. After taking our order at the drive through we were informed it would a "awhile" until the food was ready so to pull around to a parking spot. They gave us our drinks which was 2 large sodas and a milk. Everything was fine until my child began complaining that the milk was the worst ever (and he loves milk, it's all he drinks). I took it from him and saw that it was not expired so opened the cap and smelled it. RANCID! They must have left it out at a warm temperature. When the guy came to deliver our food we handed him the milk and let him know it wasn't any good and we'd like a different one. 5 minutes later a woman appeared and ARGUED with us that the milk was fine because it wasn't past the expiration date. We told her that was correct, but it must have been out because it smelled terrible. She glared and questioned us and then proceeded to pour out the milk onto the parking lot!!!! Then yelled, "What do you want me to do now?!" She was so NUTS that we decided to just drive away and vowed to never go to Arby's again. If anyone from this location is reading this we'd like: A) you to speak to your employees about proper customer service and B) train your employees on proper food handling. Someone is going to get sick from foods being kept at improper temperatures. I am also contacting the state board of health so they can check the foods. Thank goodness it was my oldest child we had given the milk to and not my baby. read more

The 1st time I went here I was Pleased with the service and My food, I ordered about $60 worth of Beef n Cheddars, Jalapeño sliders & Potato Cakes. All the food was hot. The onion buns could have been a little softer and they could have added a little bit more cheese to my Beef n Cheddars, but overall they did Good. I am extremely picky about my food and my food being cooked in sanitary conditions. I drove way from downtown to get to this Arby's because Most of them are closed, PLEASE OPEN MORE LOCATIONS!! The only the reason they're getting two stars because of the service was very good the cashier was very nice and she knew how to talk to customers and she was very happy person. Okay we're done with the good part not the bad part.. order food for dine in the food was cold fries were cold. They were not that busy that day either. When I complained they said the fries just came out and they made the fresh food but why the hell it is cold than. Bunch of liars. I hate this Arby's. Good luck if you go in here to eat. read more
