We saw 2 staffers here during our visit. One young gal who was mostly in the back and came out when a party of 3 entered after us and the "main" guy who took our order and who was stationed behind the counter the entire time we were in there. What stood out to me and which I thought was odd was his dunking my chicken into what appeared to be a vat of hot water that was contained just below the oven thru which your sandwich passes and gets toasted. I'm guessing that was to heat up the chicken but it left me scratching my head. Later on, I was also wondering how sanitary that was because it wasn't like it was fresh water. In fact, it was uncovered, so anything could have fallen into it throughout the course of the day. I suggest the proprietor (or even corporate) look into this practice because it just didn't sit well with me. Other than that, my chicken sandwich was not all that tasty and it was slathered in (way too much) sauce. The best part of the meal was the bag of Baked Lays chips I ordered :-/ I don't see myself coming back here.
