Golly, where do I begin? Of alllll the Chick-fil-A's, in alllll of the world, THIS ONE is absolutely THE WORST. Hate how stupid the staff is. Hate the disgusting arrogant attitude of the management. Hate that it's also the SLOWEST Chick-fil-A in the world. Can't get a soda in a plastic cup instead of nasty styrofoam, because that is "against policy". Can't get my hash browns crispy instead of soggy, because that also is "against policy". Can't eat the biscuits here unless you have four hands because WITHOUT fail, they fall apart while you do it. I have never once gotten a biscuit here that was worth the trouble of eating. You guys always SAY it's your pleasure, but that CLEARLY does not include serving your customers correctly, because management definitely does not care what the customers want. WHY CANT YOUR STAFF MAKE BISCUITS THAT DONT FALL ALL OVER MY CLOTHES AND INTO MY LAP WHEN I TRY TO EAT THEM, Chick-fil-A??? I'm a Pastry Chef, and it isn't that difficult! It's a Chick-Fil-A. I really don't think a review is warranted. Everyone knows what they are getting when it comes to food. However, I only gave them three stars because the parking lot at this location is a disaster due to their drive-thru lanes. It's impossible to drive around their building to exit because the drive-thru lane blocks traffic lanes. Horrible design. Bottom line - Good food. Horrible parking lot. Bon appétit. read more

There are not enough positive reviews for this Chick-fil-A, so here is a 5 star review! This CFA is probably one of the busiest you will see! The line of cars is always to the road, but they move you through quickly! It is VERY rare that I would ever get a wrong order here ... in fact, I think it has maybe only happened one or two times ... The employees are friendly and everything is always fresh! Pro-tip: during COVID, if the line seems too long, pull into one of their curb side order stations! NEVER going to this location ever again. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here they get my order wrong or they completely forget to put a meal that I paid for in my bag and I don't realize til I get home. They say on the phone you can't get a refund for the missing meal over the phone you would have to come in. Well I can't do that. It's bulls***. The other Baytown chicfila never gets orders wrong or forgets to put your food that you paid for in the bag. If I could give this location negative stars and shut their business down completely I would. And when I say every time I order from this location they forget to put all of my food in the bag- I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. I usually trust cfa restaurants to not have to check my order but apparently at this location I do. I've been observing this place for about 6 months now. The customer service is definitely paradigm and makes anyone with lots of stuff in their mind or really busy have a place to just wind down besides going to Sbux. All of the team members are fantastic, but I have to commend some of their staff since I've watched those who really go out of their way to help not only me but other customers: Roxanne, Michael, Danielle, and Steve (?) and Zachary (?). I do have one comment for improvement though; learn to forgive each other and try to help each other even though it gets busy - you are there for your customers, and you are all working as a team so learn to build each other up with your WORDS and don't put each other down especially when you are at the back in the kitchen or on your break. But otherwise, keep up the work. I work for a company system that values customer service. These young men and women (after college) would be a great addition to our company because of their interpersonal qualities. Stopped in for lunch today, we almost walked back out because it was packed, but the employees here are so efficient that they quickly took care of the large crowd. We had a party of 7 and we received amazing service. The employees checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. They brought us extra sauces and even refilled our drinks without any hesitation. The manager, Lowell, is awesome! He took the time to greet us and talk to us about our visit. Once he found out we came from Vegas for the Junior Olympics he congratulated our daughter and treated her (and us) to a delicious cookie. The food was as expected, very good!
