Didn't get anything we asked for and when given our food the employee just said " We don't have shit" umm okay then why are yall offering it? Maybe post a sign or just close the store. Service was absolutely terrible. Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and no response. People behind me were getting out of line. When I approached the window and told the lady that the mic might be out she said "nope, works fine from here" but no one has been getting any service. Seriously whataburger, do better. I come to this location cause it's closest to home but I'd rather go 30 minutes the other direction to get faster service. This place has the worst customer service ever!! The employee by the name of Carlyle was by far the rudest! When I first go to order he took almost 5 mins to even come on the speaker! Kept telling me to give him a few moments. I'm wondering why because their is no line of cars in front of me! So I've heard so many great things about Whataburger and I have no idea what you people are eating to get this chain so much hype but this burger fell way below my expations. Worst Whataburger in the state of Texas that I have experienced. Unfortunately, it is the closest one to my house, so I am stuck going there if I want Whataburger. This is probably the most Mis-managed business I have experienced. Time and time again, my order is wrong more often than not, the service is extremely slow (regardless of the crowd), and they are often out of supplies. As I type this, I have been waiting over two hours for an order I placed in the app and they won't even answer the phone after calling up there repetitively to try to get a status update. I am now doubling the cost because I am ordering something from somewhere else because I have no guarantee I'm even going to get food from this piece of Sh:t place. read more

This is a super busy location. I've been here multiple occasions and they would have a line of several cars in the drive-through. The wait is usually actually not too bad considering the amount of people there. I always get the number one with cheese and without tomatoes and pickles in the store has yet to mess up my order. read more

Because late-night taquitos and honey-butter-chicken-biscuit goodness. But (no idea why...?!) they are so. slow. It doesn't matter if you're ordering inside the store or driving thru, there's a minimum 10-15 minute wait for your food after you've managed to get to the order counter. So we decided on the drive-thru option. Upon giving our order, the outgoing sound quality of the speaker sounded terrible making it barely audible. But the customer service was still friendly and professional. The wait was appropriate given that the burgers are always served fresh instead of lingering under a heating element. We ordered two combo meals and immediately sampled the French fries on the way home. The first combo meal came with flawless golden fries, cooked to a crisp perfection and nicely salted. The second combo meal came with fries that were limp, slightly soggy, cold, and darker in color indicating that they came from a previous batch. However, the burgers came out good with a nice proportion of meat, cheese to bun and toppings ratio as always. This was a decent location for a quick burger fix. read more
