This review is about HYGIENE. Today, I was absolutely disgusted. The cashier dropped my cup on the dirty floor, watched it roll around, PICKED IT UP and STILL poured my drink into it as if nothing happened. That's not a mistake. That's GROSS and it's a COMPLETE disregard for basic hygiene. If cups that hit the floor are still being used, what ELSE is being dropped and served? EXERCISE CLEANLINESS AND COMMON SENSE, Y'ALL. I've always loved this Chick-Fil-A: the service, the speed, and the way they support the community. They are without question the gold standard. But what was that today??? This location sucks if you are getting your order through DoorDash. It's such a high volume location the quality control is sub par. It seems like almost every order from here there is something missing. I ordered the nuggets and didn't get any sauce. I ordered a coke and no straw. Ordered a mixed berry parfait and no spoon. No napkins. I think they are just in a rush to get the order out of the door they don't even double check, also the food here is often cold and stale. There are other chick fil a locations that have better standards so skip this place. read more

First time at this location and I didn't realize they only had outdoor seating. Although it's a crisp 48 outside we opted to sit and eat our food rather than take it home. They have an outdoor ordering system that worked pretty well. The Chick-fil-A staff is always friendly- per usual. I originally wanted the spicy grilled chicken sandwich but apparently it's seasonal and no longer available. Big bummer. But I got the original spicy chicken sandwich; a classic with a side of fries and root beer. Although I would have enjoyed my meal much more if I was able to get my deliciously seasonal spicy grilled chicken sandwich, I still enjoyed the classic. read more

This location is very interesting. It doesn't have an indoor dining room but has outdoor seating. The drive thru is super super quick and they usually have at least 2 lanes open. The food is consistently good and the people are really nice. The nice thing about this location is that it is next to a P Terrys and a raising canes. So if you want a little bit from a few places it's easy to get. I actually got a P Terrys burger next door and got a chicken sandwich from here and put them together to make a super sandwich read more

Very busy. The food tasted good but I was disappointed that they didn't put the correct sauces for any of our orders. The people were very friendly. There did seem to be a confusion on which car we were supposed to follow behind once we finished ordering, however that shouldn't have affected the sauce order. We had ordered mayonnaise and honey mustard but received ketchup and chick-fil-a sauce instead. My friend and I went to this chick fil a last week just to get some food and they had their "Monthly Promotion" sign up: from 11am-2pm on April 10th you get a free 8 count nugget with the purchase of their new pineapple dragonfruit lemonade. I took a picture of the sign and put it on my calendar. Today around 11:45, my friend and I get in the car and drive to chick fil a. I pull my car up to the worker taking orders and tell him that we'd like to do 2 of the monthly promotion. The worker could not see the sign from where he was standing, so he excused himself and walked over to the sign to read it. He came back and said no problem, typed the order in on the iPad and even asked what sauces we would like with our nuggets. I pay and pull around to pick up the food from the window. A kind young man handed me the 2 lemonades, to which I said "thank you and I think we are still waiting on the 2 8-count nuggets, we did the monthly promotion". The worker responds and says that the promotion is only for mobile order apps (which it DID NOT say on the sign and the worker also did not mention this as like I said he quite literally typed it into his iPad). He then said it was his manager that made this rule so I asked to speak with her. She was very disrespectful and hostile, and was refusing to give us the nuggets even though it was HER worker that messed up. She kept trying to tell me that the sign said it was for mobile orders only (which it does not say as I have a picture of it and I double checked on my way out). I explained to her that her sign is wrong and that her worker messed up, but she must've been in a really bad mood because her mistake was not registering in her own head. At first she tried to bargain with us saying she would give us 1of the 8-count nuggets, but after some extremely unnecessary back and forth banter she finally agreed to give us the 2 8-count nuggets. Granted, this would not have been a big deal if we came for the lemonade, however the main purpose of our trip to chick fil a was the free nuggets that came with the lemonade. This is probably one of my favorite chick fila's ever. It is always packed no matter the time of the day but the line moves pretty quick and the short wait is well worth it. The food is always super fresh and the staff is always very friendly. I have never had fries that were not fresh or a cold entree in the over 50 times I have been to this location. This location is truly just a drive-through. There's no dine in here. Yet, they do everything that a regular Chick-Fil-A does. They have the full menu. They have the same speedy, almost eerily friendly help that never gets an order wrong. I was in and out of their drive through in less time than it would take me to park anyplace else. Without leaving my car, I had a spicy sandwich customized exactly as I requested and was on my way back to the office. Good evening, To whom this may concern I'm sending a notification to let this establishment know I am using this very exact message and post on yelp, google, etc. about the two employees this morning who thought they had themselves a victim of fraud. Normally I come here and the same rep is in the takeout area but she wasn't here today. So I didn't think too much into it but it taking 10 minutes for me to get a chicken biscuit and some hash browns wasn't the big deal to me; even after sitting down in the same amount of time I usually do and opening my food it wasn't hot, the food tasted old at 640 in the morning the food is old, I thought to myself it just wasn't meant to be. But guess what this tidbit still isn't the kicker....why do I get a fraud alert that wakes me up not even a hour before I go to work.... For an online shoe store. Yes I eat my old breakfast I go to sleep because I work two full time jobs 80 plus hours a week....so indulging on a simple chicken biscuit when I came is a luxury because it's usually oatmeal due to the demand of my work. I call my bank after the alert and I have up to and somewhat over $1000 worth of pending transactions while I was sleeping. You tell me how I should feel? Never will I be purchasing from any Chick-fil-A again because now my PTSD that I got from war is triggered! The audacity to run an operation to take from other hard-workers and this occurred because the norm wasn't there sickening!! Updated to 3 stars. I originally gave a 1 star for cancelling robot delivery to my location. I was pretty much ordering every day for a few days in a row and then one day the service was no longer available. I even got within a few hundred points of "red" level on their loyalty program. The food is good at this location as most Chick-fil-a restaurants and I don't understand why they can't send the robot another minute down the road to the next block to meet me. But that is okay since I just walk to where the robot will meet me and pick up my food there. Two days in a row now and I actually enjoy the walk over and back so I guess it's a good thing they canceled delivery to my door location. Want a 5 star review? Just update the robot to deliver to in my address at the courthouse and I will update my review. But really this place has great food and deserve 5 stars for the food. Just the delivery area deserves the 2 to 3 stars at a 1/2 mile radius for the more affordable $4 delivery fee. read more

After living in San Francisco where you need to drive 20 miles out of the city to even find a chick-fil-a Austin was a breath of fresh air with access to tonnes of fast food chains that have hype trains behind them. I was kinda hesitant to try chick-fil-a at first since they use breast meat in their sandwiches (I am south asian and have a strong preference for dark meat). I was afraid it was going to be the same disappointment that popeyes was. But lo and behold they make it work! I'd recommend asking for extra chick-fil-a sauce in your sandwich if you're a fan of dark meat and it will be the best chicken sandwich you get from a chain. Pro tips: For this location they get REALLY busy around week day lunch. There will be cars backed up all the way to Nueces. If you can bike or walk you can get up to the window really quick. If you keep saying "thank you" they have to say "my pleasure" Their outdoor seating is currently all closed so you should plan on taking your food to go read more

Chick-fil-A is always a go to food for me. Fast, reliably yummy, and cheap. This place is also conveniently located next to UT campus and is one of the only things open in the morning. Me and my friends were looking for something that was open at 7:00 and CFA seemed to be the only thing. I ordered a 4 ct chicken mini and so did my friends. They ordered before me and their orders came out quick, but for some reason mine took wayyyyy longer? Maybe it was because I was on a time crunch (we had to leave soon) but I felt like I was waiting a really long time, even people who ordered after me were getting their food. So for that I have to lower the rating. My friend also said they forgot her food once at this location. The food itself was pretty good, not gonna lie. Yum! Can you believe this was my first time I've ever had Chick-Fil-A? My boyfriend, his buddies and I stopped here before a wedding as we were trying to munch on something quickly. I turned over to my boyfriend and said "get me anything with chicken, honey!" His buddy thought I was kidding. Little did I know that was all they served. Haha. My boyfriend ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken for us. Everything was tasty. The chicken was seasoned so well and it was cooked perfectly. The tomato, lettuce, pickle and pepper jack cheese definitely made this one hell of a chicken sandwich! This Chik-Fil-A has a drive thru and walk up windows. All employees were over the top friendly and continuously asked us how we were doing and if there was anything we needed. I don't get why people love this place. Last time I had Chik-fil-a was almost five years ago. I thought I'd give it a try again and see what it's all about. I ordered the standard chicken sandwich, large waffle fries and a large chocolate shake. The chicken was warm, but lacked a flavor. The bread was crusted, but the inside of the chicken was just a warm mush. The waffle fries were very good - I would go back just for the fries (but they aren't cheap!). The shake was yummy when it was nice as cold, but after a few minutes it just didn't taste the same. Maybe I ate too much, I don't know. This chicken restaurant is the best fast food place. If you download the app then send you free treats all the time. That's how they get you tho because how can you not get more at chick-fil-A. The only problem with this place is they have extremely long lines but just order ahead on the app and it'll all be good. If you happen to want chick-fil-A and it's a Sunday there is canes right next door. It's not as good but on Sundays it'll have to do. read more
