The food is always hot and fresh when we get it. No issues on wait times or getting cold tacos. But like I said, this location is grimy. So finding a clean table can be difficult. No issues at all on the times we've been through the drive-thru. We stop at this one often as it's between us and some reoccurring events we attend. We'll definitely be back, probably soon.

Then I unwrap my burrito and take a bite and am grossed out. Even though I paid to have the beef substituted for steak I bit into it and tasted salty ground beef. My dinner is ruined and my hunger is not satisfied. I called the store. My options were to go back to the store and have my order remade or to have a refund. It is an 11 minute drive there and 11 mins back. Because 44 minutes is far too long I opted for the refund. They offered to refund . 90 cents. That's insulting. Amanda claimed she was the manager and was rude and condescending. I asked for the corp. number and she refused to give it to me. I get the difference in price is 90 cents but the inconvenience is worth at least a full refund. Amanda is a poor excuse for a manager and I hope she gets retrained or demoted. I'm not some bum trying to get a free meal but I am a customer who would like to get some semblance of fairness in exchange for the massive inconvenience. Don't go to this Taco Bell and go to one of the MANY other options in the area instead. I won't make the same mistake again.
