Pulled pork was seasoned with peppers or something, so found it a little distracting. But everything was good. The idea of putting a chicken tender in a bun was a clever way to do things, and this was a nice big size of chicken. The breading is surprisingly hard and crunchy, but the flavor with the pickles, coleslaw, and sauce all blend well together. I could do with a bit more salt, though. There's a little shade in front with four picnic tables, some music playing, and decent parking if it's not too crowded. The cooking goes a little slowly since it's made to order, but it's the first day so I'm sure things will speed up. Looks like an Indian food truck is new. I tried one of their chicken meals. Took it home and was so thrilled how good it was. It was sweet and a little spicy. Chicken was really good. The rice was plan white rice and it came with 2 pieces of naan. Service was fantastic. He gave me a little story about his journey in the food truck business. It started with his dad. The lady did comp me a free 'small' naan, which may or may not be HEB brand naan, but does that really cover a main dish not having its second most important component? All in all it was good but if they say they don't have rice to you just ask for a refund or chargeback with the bank because the comp was not worth it.
