Let's start with the food. First i noticed the spicy ketchup i requested, wasnt in the bag. Ok that happens a lot at various locations, not a huge deal. But fries had no salt on them so that ketchup would have really helped this time. When I got home and started opening the burger wrapper, I noticed the pico veggies were still on the burger (despite it clearly stating on the order "NO PICO" (see full photo). They correctly put the sauce i requested, but then they also added free bacon which i had not requested (but i guess im not complaining about that - just pointing out how bad so many areas of the staff don't pay attention). They make you wait forever way past the "estimated pickup time" for curbside orders. Even when the lobby isn't busy. I don't understand the problem . At least the staff member was very friendly and apologized for the delay. The manager at this location is Nathan and he needs to get on his employees to pay more attention to order times and order details though! read more

Still one of the best Whataburgers in the country. The staff are incredibly fast and have my order ready in time almost every visit. The fries are so hot that it's a shame other places try to pass warm fries as acceptable. Now they have different non-carbonated soft drinks to try, like the prickly pear. We ended up in this fast food place as a last resort since the restaurant we were eyeing at was closed and we were starving. It was drizzling so the potholes on the driveway was covered with gross water but we decided to dine in to get a feel of it since we're visiting. What a dump. An absolute dump. I consider myself very lucky and blessed to not suffer from severe depression. But the day I ate at this Whataburger, I may have caught a glimpse of it. The decor, the lighting, the color scheme - the whole vibe of this place felt off. I've been to funeral homes more vibrant than this. The second I walked in, I immediately felt a sense of hopelessness. You know that feeling you get when the gov't decides to control what you can and can't do with your body? Well that feeling is a walk in the park compared to this. After I ordered, regret started to creep in. I sat down and waited for my food. I waited, and waited, and waited some more. I began thinking about my life and where I went wrong - How did I end up here? Do I really disrespect myself so much that I voluntarily eat hot garbage? Why is this taking so long? Why are there no napkins anywhere in this so-called restaurant? After waiting for +20 minutes, I finally got my food. I took a few bites of the Patty Melt, and numbness began to overwhelm me.
