This is a grimy Taco Bell. But it's fine! Hubs and I love Taco Bell since there are plenty of vegetarian/vegan options for me and he can order whatever meat he would like. The workers at this location are all really nice, we typically just use the touchscreen kiosk things to order, but they're fast about giving us cups and making sure our food is correct before handing it over. The food is always hot and fresh when we get it. No issues on wait times or getting cold tacos. But like I said, this location is grimy. So finding a clean table can be difficult. No issues at all on the times we've been through the drive-thru. We stop at this one often as it's between us and some reoccurring events we attend. I was contemplating what to eat for dinner tonight and had many choices. Was thinking madam ma'ams Pad Thai, Bussin Buns , Marcos Pizza or Taco Bell. I settled on Taco Bell and that's a decision I regret greatly. I was really hungry and looking forward to my burrito that I modify in a way that represents an option that Taco Bell discontinued. I saw the screen and confirmed everything was displayed correctly so I drove 11 mins back home. I asked for 8 fire sauce and got 4. No big deal. Then I unwrap my burrito and take a bite and am grossed out. Even though I paid to have the beef substituted for steak I bit into it and tasted salty ground beef. My dinner is ruined and my hunger is not satisfied. I called the store. My options were to go back to the store and have my order remade or to have a refund. It is an 11 minute drive there and 11 mins back. Because 44 minutes is far too long I opted for the refund. They offered to refund . 90 cents. That's insulting. Amanda claimed she was the manager and was rude and condescending. I asked for the corp. number and she refused to give it to me. I get the difference in price is 90 cents but the inconvenience is worth at least a full refund. Amanda is a poor excuse for a manager and I hope she gets retrained or demoted. I'm not some bum trying to get a free meal but I am a customer who would like to get some semblance of fairness in exchange for the massive inconvenience. Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, starry, and cheesy gorgita crunch. They didnt have the food ready which is not bad but the service was kinda slow. The 5 layer burrito tasted good but it had way too much dripping and it made a mess. The starry tasted good and a little sweet and i liked it. The cheesy gorgita chrunch was the best item because it had a really good taste and had no dripping or mess. Improve on cleanliness and service and this will be 5 star. read more

It was cold and I was hungry - not a good combination when I travel. The restaurant has a large parking lot. I didn't have problem finding a space (well, who eats here at 9 on a Saturday morning anyway.) Odd thing was the doors were locked. I kept looking at my watch and the open sign.
