Bacon and cheeseburger
Artem V.

Overall, I usually like Whataburger, but this time it was a bit disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru, even though the order was very simple -- just one burger and fries. Maybe it was a busy time or they were short-staffed. The food was fine, and the ambiance was okay, but the service could definitely be faster.

a cup of coffee on a table

We ended up in this fast food place as a last resort since the restaurant we were eyeing at was closed and we were starving. It was drizzling so the potholes on the driveway was covered with gross water but we decided to dine in to get a feel of it since we're visiting. The staff were ok, the food was ok and warm too, nothing wow about it. But the guy totally forgot our milkshake. we had to follow up twice for it. We did get the milkshake but it taste more vanilla than chocolate. Restrooms are kinda outdated and not well maintained too. Well at least we gave it a shot.

Homeless people begging for food at the window

I would avoid this location as they don't care about customer safety or service and allow homeless people to beg for money at the ordering speaker and at the window as pictured here. This is not ok anywhere and this location should be CLOSED if they cannot handle simple security. CLOSE THIS LOCATIO

Disgusting and filthy. Staff was nice and very helpful but the place itself is so dirty and the food was not good.

Slowest Whataburger in Texas. Don't look to be understaffed, but plan on waiting 15-30 mins dueing non peak hours.

You know, I think the best fast food burger cooks are on the east side of Austin.

I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to be able to try so much here and highly appreciative of the warmhearted welcoming owners and staff that I saw there each day. You can't go wrong with a burger from here- nice and tender patties, soft buns, ample cheese, and the Phillies are fantastic whether you opt for the chicken or beef.

The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, making it an easy choice for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. Their menu focuses on classic favorites done right, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and satisfying portions. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak, buffalo chicken fingers, and the smash burger, and everything was absolutely delicious. The Philly cheesesteak was packed with tender, flavorful meat and melted cheese, while the buffalo chicken fingers were crispy, juicy, and perfectly coated with just the right amount of heat. The smash burger stood out with its crispy edges, juicy patty, and well-balanced toppings. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made to order. Mile High Mo's delivers solid comfort food that hits the spot, and it's definitely a place worth checking out if you're in Austin and craving something flavorful and satisfying.

I rubbed the two together, jokingly calling the family to dinner and started a doggone fire in my kitchen. Look at my photos below. The chicken was so bad. My dog didn't even want to eat it. And she never turns down food! Your kitchen is a mess, your employees knew dang well what they sold me. They were laughing at me from the drive-thru and went to hide. I should have opened the box there, but my mistake for trusting in you Popeyes. I went inside to get my large fry. They forgot to put in my order and gave me a half-empty box of fries! By the way, the fries were the only thing we could eat. The fried pickles tasted and felt like I was chewing on my great granddaddy's old leather bootstrap! My kids and wife wanted Popeyes. I did not! I wish you could have seen the way they looked at me when they opened that box of chicken jerky! Disappointment and devastation. You would have thought it came from The Bone Temple Kitchen and Dr. Ian Kelson cooked it himself. I apologized while gnawing on a piece, gaslighting them into believing we could sit and enjoy this abomination for dinner. What if this had been my last time seeing my family? The trauma this chicken could have given them had I choked and died. Embarrassing just the thought if this were the last image of me in their memory forever. My son ate the fries and my daughter had the biscuit but drowned that thing in butter and honey so she could try to swallow it. I feared for her safety and life! She's so daring and obviously fear is not a factor for her. I had to watch them suffer all because your employees didn't want to make fresh food. I knew that the chicken had skin cancer, I could taste it from sitting under that lamp since the opening hours. Popeyes, bring me your torch, it's time to go.
