Dine in or out, they personally will hand you your items. They have lunch items, pastries, and cafe items. Pastry items are mostly gone by the time I have arrived in the afternoons. I would love to try some. Got to meet the owner briefly. Comes from a background of bartending and decided to pivot and open his own cafe. Not only is it just a cafe; you are able to enjoy wine as well! Love the combo. They are also about their community! Local business supporting other businesses. I ordered an iced oat milk latte with their homemade honey sweetener and an almond croissant. I wanted to try more of their food menu, but their kitchen does not officially open until 10 AM and I was there too early. The service was friendly and attentive. I was the only customer in there at the time, but it was nice to hear a little bit of their backstory. The space is clean and modern and definitely the sort of coffee shop. I would want to hang out and spend some time in. As for what I ordered, the latte was creamy and perfectly sweet without being overpowering. The almond croissant had a slightly overpowering almond extract flavor to it. If the almond extract was toned down a little bit, it would've been perfect. I look forward to coming back and trying more of their food menu at another time.

It's been a long time since we last been to 18 grams. It wasn't that busy then so it was nice to see them doing well. The staff were cool, definitely working hard to keep up with the business. There was a lot of seating both inside and out. We ordered on the kiosk but you can also order from the cashier. We didn't realize how much food items they now offered. There's different Filipino/Hawaiian dishes like a katsu, loco moco, and longanisa. They had baked goodies like ube muffins and pandan cookies. For drinks they were plenty of coffees, lattes, and teas. It was pretty busy so it took a while for our food to come out. It wasn't the best we had, but all the food was enough to satisfy our cravings. It was definitely a modern take on things that was enjoyable.

Any time we visit Sac, it is one of our go-to spots! They do an excellent job of sourcing their coffee beans along with roasting them. They've gotten exceptionally good at standardizing their drinks across the board as well. We have also tried many of their drinks outside of what we ordered today, including the 1987, 18 to the Brain, Thai Coffee, and Mexican Mocha. They have a food menu as well, which ranges from rice bowls to breakfast sandwiches. It's a great place to go to meet with friends, studying, or working on a project. They also have a good amount of seating inside, but it does fill up quickly! They do have WiFi (and outlets) and one single bathroom. Given we have been coming here for years, it is a must whenever you're in the Arden area!

Comfy, earthy cafe with plenty of food and drink options!…read more Visited on a Sunday afternoon after taking an exam nearby. Service was friendly and helpful. My order was finished quick. I picked up my drink across where I ordered and then I picked up my food from a separate place when the device they gave me buzzed. What I ordered: * Chia seed pudding $7 - coconut chia seed pudding with coconut flakes, strawberry jam, and granola. Generously stuffed into a round container. Delicious. Inspires me to make chia seed pudding at home. * Hot earl grey creme tea $4 - I added honey. Perfect balance of citrus and black tea flavors. Came in a big paper cup, but had the option of having it in a tea pot and pouring it myself. Note they have a card surcharge of 2.9%. I was able to find a comfy seat with a round table. There were a lot of people but still enough seating and not too loud inside. The music was relaxing. Loved all the natural light and cozy, earthy vibes. For fellow matcha lovers, I saw a sign they use Mizuba matcha. It was already late afternoon and I had a matcha latte earlier so I chose not to get a matcha latte. If I'm around the area and come back soon though, I'd love to try their seasonal summer offering of the coconut matcha cloud. They also had a pastry case next to the register. The savory items sounded great too, so there's lots of items I'm interested in trying from here. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice, spacious cafe to relax or do some work!

Both donuts were good but I enjoyed the chocolate blackerry donut more. Overall, a great coffee shop to visit!

Sweet Oven is one of my go-to spots for amazing Vietnamese coffee and matcha (although the…read moremacaroons and croffles should not be overlooked). Their coffee offers the strong, bold flavors of traditional Vietnamese coffee while also introducing fun and interesting variations, the honeycomb and fish sauce coffees being some of my staples. More recently I tried their seasonal jasmine matcha and persimmon matcha - both are delicious, with the persimmon matcha being one of the best matchas I have ever had. Service is quick and friendly, and accommodating to dairy substitutions. SWeet Oven shares space with the Sandwhich Spot, making for a clean cafeteria feel. Highly recommend this spot for your coffee/tea/sweet needs.

The people are friendly and knowledgeable if you have questions. It's family owned. Finding it is annoying because it's in a larger corporate building and shares the space with the sandwich spot. There's plenty of parking around the area, but only a few spots right in front of the entrance. Full review: Been coming here for a little over a year. Tried almost all of their drinks, cookies, and macrons, including several of their rotating specials. I've also had their savory croffle and it was delicious. This place is BY FAR the best matcha/coffee shop I've ever had. If you are a Dutch bros or Starbucks person, you may not love it. This place is not about dumping sugar into all their drinks. Flavor comes first, sweetner is secondary. Food/Drink: I'm not the coffee drinker, my partner is, and he rates his favorite as follows: 1. Pistachio Latte 2. Fish Sauce (it has a strong caramel flavor with a little saltiness, no fish flavor) 3. Cookie Butter 4. Black Sesame He's tried every coffee on the permanent menu and these are his favorites. Now for the Matcha/Teas. I can't pick a favorite, because they're all perfect. Not too sweet, and whatever the flavor, it stands out! For example, when they had a pistachio matcha, I watched them crush pistachios for my drink specifically. The flavor was so strong and they clearly know what they're doing picking these flavor combos, because it was excellent. I also love the banana matcha, the banana pudding matcha, the mango matcha, and the double matcha. But the star is the mango sticky rice matcha. I've only had it twice because it's a WHOLE MEAL in a drink. It's delicious and unique and the flavors are outstanding. It actually has all the ingredients of mango sticky rice, including cooked rice. It's amazing!! My personal favorite drink, that I've got the last 10 times I've visited is the black sesame hojicha. It is seriously the best drink I've ever had. Right now, I think they only have the double black sesame on their menu, but I've asked for this every time since it was on their specials menu and they still make it. The cookies and macrons and AMAZING. The s'mores cookie is my absolute fave and the damn crème brûlée macron is in my top 10 desserts of all time. The savory croffle is also a surprisingly good breakfast choice. I honestly thought there is no way they could be doing all of this well, but they don't put anything on the menu that isn't delicious and well made. Service: We've been here so many times that we've been lucky enough to talk to both the husband and wife that own the place. They are so damn creative and come up with the flavors for not only the drinks, but the pastries. They are both very nice. There are a few people working the registers every time we visit and they are helpful if you have questions and they're quick to get these drinks out even though they basically prep the ingredients fresh for each drink. Location/parking: This place is a pain to find. It is across the parking lot from the bank entrance, sharing a space with a sandwich spot. There are a few parking spaces in front of the store, but the parking on the main street is free. There is a lot of seating inside and large tables for big groups. There are even plug in areas at the bar like seating along the windows. Unfortunately, they aren't open on Sundays or it would be the perfect study spot.

Bella Bru Cafe Review August 02, 2026…read more Came in around 1:50 PM on a weekend. There was no greeting, not even a simple "hi." It had a very "figure it out yourself" kind of atmosphere. We let that slide and eventually found the printed menu ourselves. The menu clearly stated that breakfast is served until 2 PM, but we were told the breakfast kitchen had already closed early. There was no sign or notice saying this. We only found out from the cashier, who seemed only half attentive. She was still chatting with a coworker while finishing the order of the couple ahead of us and seemed more focused on the conversation than on customers. I ordered the tuna melt. The butter on the grilled white bread left an old, stale aftertaste that I had to wash down with their drip coffee. The sandwich was also poorly balanced. Instead of slicing the avocado properly, they stuffed what looked like half an avocado into it, leaving me with a bulging sandwich that had more avocado than tuna. Compared to a tuna sandwich from Quiznos or Subway at about half the price, this felt like a rip-off. Unfortunately, we still gave them another chance and ordered a slice of carrot cake. We noticed that several customers who ordered after us received their cake much sooner, even though all the server had to do was slice it from the display. Our order was served last, despite being one of the simplest. Overall, the food was overpriced, the service was inattentive, and the experience left a lot to be desired. We won't be coming back.
