I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. He could've communicated with me and told me that he was unable to repair the machine properly but did decided not to communicate. I definitely would highly not recommend this company to anyone.

It certainly would have been nice for them to have known this but perhaps asking this of a lone technician is a bit much. I had to order a 3rd party SSD heatsink from them because of this which was a waste of money but it at least shipped very quickly and without issue. I purchased a new ssd drive from them because it was bad but still the same. Finally the warranty ran out and they offered me a used one the next model older for $100 more. At that point I was over $500 in and still needed to spend more. I took the poor one home. Maybe that is the problem buying used but the same model was $100 cheaper on buy and sell. If I was going to take a risk I should have paid less to start.

Followup phone calls have been equally pleasant and personable. Unlike call center drones the staff at Nucleus have a real relationship with their customers and treat them better than billing numbers. I really appreciate this seldom seen type of service in such a competitively priced market! The internet service in itself has been fast and ultra reliable. Their basic service is less expensive than Telus and Shaw!
