Contact imobile, they came out to the house, diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation of the screen, and repaired overnight for $90. Was very impressed with Wan professional approach, not to mention the 6mo warranty on repairs(which is about triple what the competition is offering!!!!) I took my cellphone in as my SD card holder/reader had become disconnected. After some…read moreinvestigation, they indicated that they were not able to fix it. So I picked it up and took it home. It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.

If you need basic screen replacement, sure, they are probably fine, it's an easy enough job, but if you need actual diagnosis and repairs, I would avoid, very nice to deal with, friendly but not worth the three days it took for them to tell me less info than what I told them when I dropped it off.

They both have many years of experience fixing phones and computers. One thing I like is that they have 3 months warranty if you buy from them. Yes, they sell re-furbished phones, and some merchandise that is not the top of the line. But it is a growing business, run by honest and friendly guys. They deserve a chance to prove themselves. After only 33 charge cycles with an Apple charger, the battery health sits at a very poor 71.5% (according to iMazing) and iPhix has declined to address the issue. It would be unfair to expect the same quality as an OEM battery but the replacement battery is no better -and is possibly worse- than the battery I had them replace. PS I'm leaving my review here because iPhix locations seem to come and go with surprising frequency.

Manager said "WE SAID SORRY, WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT?". Then "SEE YOU AGAIN!" As i walked out the door being nice but disgruntled. I dont think so. Awful customer service and scapegoating on techs that apparently arent train to do their jobs. No thanks.
