Found these guys inadvertently thru an internet search. Have an iPad gen 4 that had ghost typing problems, which had been sent to various repair places over the past couple of years, each time problem came back within 3-6 months of repair. Contact imobile, they came out to the house, diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation of the screen, and repaired overnight for $90. Was very impressed with Wan professional approach, not to mention the 6mo warranty on repairs(which is about triple what the competition is offering!!!!) I would use these guys again in a heartbeat, thanks imobile read more

Got my phone fixed sept 17th and it dropped from the charger cord just over a month after ( noticed my screen wasn't tighten in proper ) and my screen fell right out. And the guy has refused and was saying I blamed him for it when I simply asked if he could come tighten it he said it's not his problem . Don't use this guy if you wanna tape your screen to your phone to stay in like me lol. read more

Quang is awesome! I cracked my iPhone screen with my other iPhone. Called him today and he arrived in two hours. Fixed it under 30 minutes and the price was the better than his competitors. My boss has used Quang before too. I had no idea until I saw him and recognized him . Hopefully I won't have to see him in the future, but if I break my phone, I would use his services again. read more

Excellent service from imobile! He was able to come on the same day as my inquiry to fix the smashed screen on my phone and iPad. The phone took less than 15 minutes and he brought the tools into the house. The iPad he had to take with him and bring back the next day as it's heat sealed. I know it's hard to trust someone taking a piece of expensive electronic away but I did my research and just had to put trust in that. He was very responsive through all inquiries and questions through Yelp and usually responded within a few minutes or less. I would definitely recommend. The prices he quoted were also quite reasonable for both devices and he offered a warranty. It was about middle range from a number of quotes I got but the bonus was that he came to me versus me driving somewhere. Two thumbs up! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Quang N.

Started with buy and sell iPhones back in 2010. Buy and sell business grew into mobile repair business. There wasn't many businesses offers mobile service at the time to service customers who don't have time or can't drive to a location for repair. I was able to bring my business to my customers and repair their iPhones onsite. Most repairs can be done in about 15-20 mins. To have a store front means more overhead costs, and with more costs we have to charge our customers more. We cut down overhead and save our customers money for repairs. It's a win win for us and the customers. Customers do not have to go anywhere to drop off their device, and then come back hours later to pick up. Mobile service save customers time, and time is money. Our mobile service is efficient because we don’t have to pay rent/utilities or employees.

I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. He could've communicated with me and told me that he was unable to repair the machine properly but did decided not to communicate. I definitely would highly not recommend this company to anyone.

The level of service I have received today is among the top service experiences I have ever received in my life. I have been washing, what I thought was, a waterproof phone to prevent germs from spreading between us and others. Turns out my phone got damaged and needed a new screen. I emailed iMobile at 7:20am and had a quote with response by 7:57am. Quang was at my residence by 11:45am, phone was fixed by noon. Worried about social distancing right now? I recommend this company highly! I emailed and had both my phones fixed the same day. Prices are great and he does all the traveling by coming to you to do the repairs. Top notch job done by a professional and friendly owner who did the repairs in front of me. I think it took 20 mins max. to change 2 batteries and replace a complete screen. As a buyer for a Canada wide company I deal with suppliers and service vendors everyday and I was very very happy with my choice to hire this company. Hello there. The service that Quang offers is fantastic. Fast, reliable and friendly. The way that I see it is simple. I watched at least 3 videos in YouTube about a DIY way to change the battery in my phone. The videos were at least 15min, complicated and not very clear. Quang contacted me outside of my work and changed the battery in 8min flat, while I was looking at the work from the other side of the windshield. If nothing else, the dexterity of his work over the dash of his car is amazing. Trust me, the best work in town. read more

Quong is the best and most affordable in the business of cellphone/tablet/laptop repair in Calgary. He replaced my iPhone 6 screen in about 10 minutes right in front of me and replaced my 2011 MacBook Pro screen overnight. Both screens are up to the same standard as the original parts and he went through the process of showing me and comparing a cheap aftermarket screen with the identical Apple parts that he uses. Most alternatives to this charge more and still use those cheap aftermarket parts. read more

Cracked the screen of my iPhone 6S and dropped iMobile a whatsapp text at 6pm, got a reply within 30 minutes and next morning he shows up at 745am at my hotel (15 minutes ahead of time) and fixed my phone within 10-15 minutes! He already had the screen and parts prepared so as to not keep me waiting and I'm so grateful he came an hour earlier so I could make my flight despite his operating hours starting from 9am. Went to the Apple Store for a broken iPhone screen - after waiting 25 minutes after my appointment for service I was told they couldn't guarantee the fix, it would cost $170, and take until the next day to complete. I left the store and texted iPhone Repair Calgary - he came to my house two hours later and fixed my phone in 10 minutes at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend iMobile! I sent him an email yesterday, and he was at my home a few hours later. I needed my battery replaced in an iPhone 5 and he fixed it super quickly (15 minutes or less for the work). He took e-transfer. Replaced Ipad Air battery through iMobile Calgary and it was incredibly fast, very well priced, included pickup and drop off of my ipad and I was impressed with the customer service. I doubt there is a better option out there. As for the battery quality, I will update if anything changes, but so far, so great. read more
