It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.

A lovely fellow named Edwin promptly took the phones and managed to set-up the new phone in a matter of minutes. The elderly man at this shop claimed to be experienced with this exact model and told me it would be ready in a week. After a full week with no updates, I had to call him, only to be told he could not do the job. When I picked up the watch, I was shocked to find several issues. The crystal was not sitting flush and was visibly lopsided. There were fibers and lint inside the case, and the chapter ring was misaligned. None of these problems existed before. This was a factory-sealed, untouched timepiece. When I questioned him, he immediately got defensive, grabbed the watch from my hands, opened it in front of me, and told me to clean it myself. This, after clearly damaging it while it was in his possession. He then had the audacity to ask me for payment. Payment for what, exactly? On the drive home, I noticed condensation forming inside the crystal, a clear sign of moisture intrusion due to improper handling or resealing. To make matters worse, I later discovered the seconds hand is bent. It is not currently catching the other hands, but it absolutely was not like that before. This is not just poor service. This is damage. I entrusted him with a flawless, original watch, and he returned it in worse condition with no accountability. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Careless. Avoid this place at all costs.

We took my antique wall clock to Anatoli for repairs. He opened the front of the clock and told me…read moreit would cost $500.00 to repair. He did not ask anything just gave us the estimate. I was hesitant but I did decide to leave the clock in his care. When we picked up my clock he said everything works perfectly but it will sound different before it chimes. We took my clock home and it worked for less than 24 hours. I called him and said I would bring it back but he said no and that I should pick him up at his workplace and take him our home so he could see the clock at our house. We did this and he said that the clock was not balanced. He balanced the clock only to have it fail that night. This time we returned with the clock to his workplace for yet another repair. This repair did not last and the clock was now making a new and annoying noise before it chimmed. So now we are into yet another trip to him. He had our clock for over a month this time (which any good master clock maker will do) He called and said that the clock was working perfectly. On picking our clock up I asked if he had repaired the noise that we had never heard before and he became furious. Told us to never come back and continued to behave in a loud and unreasonable manner. To say he lost his temper is an understatement. Do yourself a big favour if you have a need of a clockmaker - GO ELSEWHERE! This was a horrible experience and we still have a clock in need of repair. This man is over his head and misrepresents himself as a clock maker. Deeply unprofessional and dishonest.
