It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.

I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. So like any customer i took the laptop back for my 3 month warranty, when i get there he told he had checked thr issues and said i DROPPED my laptop. He then told me the 3 month warranty would not be covering that so now im stuck with the same broken laptop and down 600$.
