Contact imobile, they came out to the house, diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation of the screen, and repaired overnight for $90. Was very impressed with Wan professional approach, not to mention the 6mo warranty on repairs(which is about triple what the competition is offering!!!!) It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.

So like any customer i took the laptop back for my 3 month warranty, when i get there he told he had checked thr issues and said i DROPPED my laptop. This is a laptop were talking about not a phoje i don't carry my laptop places wherr it can be droppped. He then told me the 3 month warranty would not be covering that so now im stuck with the same broken laptop and down 600$. I tried calling the stores and showing up many times but every time i was met with "the technician isnt here". Now you don't have to believe me but take your products there and see what happens .
