Kelvin was in contact with me the whole time so I felt very reassured he was legit. A few hours later, his friend Edward came back with a fully functional iPad again. The employee smirked and laughed in response, which came across as mocking rather than an attempt to help. There was no attempt to find a solution. We left more frustrated than when we arrived.
