After my daughter dropped her iPad, I texted Kelvin. The screen was shattered and the corner metal pushed in from the drop into the concrete. It was late on a Sunday but he promptly responses and we settle on a pick up Monday. Then my husband decided he needed his fixed too because the screen was no longer responding to touch and hasn't used his in over month. He had smashed his months ago and tried replacing the screen himself but didn't do a good job of bending back the metal or getting the glass stuck down properly. (Something he learned he'd never try again). Kelvin said he could fix both our iPad 3 and iPad 4. He texted early Monday morning (he knew I had kids going to school) and before I had the kids out the door to school he had been to the house and picked up the iPads. He looked at both and confirmed he could bend the metal back and make the screens for properly. Great! Later that same day he texted to let me know he had fixed them and they were ready for delivery. We were happy to get them back the same day and looking great. Both my husband and daughter were pleased to have their iPad working again. Although having this company fix my phone was convenient in the sense that it came to me, after having my screen replaced I immediately started having numerous problems with my phone. Previous to the repair, my phone was in great condition, but afterwards the vibrate stopped working, the battery was trashed, and now the screen sensor is not working properly, making my phone very hard to use. Skeptical, but not 100% sure if this was related to having my screen replaced, I attempted to contact Kelvin about the issues and received no reply. Completely unprofessional. Will NOT be using this company again and I do not recommend it. read more

I work crazy hours and for me to take my phone in to be repaired is time I simply cannot afford. I saw one of their vehicles and pulled over and rolled down my window and explained that I live near by. The gentleman i spoke to had another booking but took my name address and number. He called 90 mins later and came by my home office. He explained the cost and I hired them. He fixed the phone on his vehicle in my driveway.
