He said he could fix it and then handed me back a phone that granted the adds had been stopped but the actual phone no longer functioned properly because he had transferred the phones the e-sim to another phone and could not recover it, He deleted my entire email history for one of the two email accounts. I had to go to the Telus store down the street and have a new sim installed and they helped me recover my e-mail account and e-mail history. The kicker.... this guy charged me $150.00 for this debacle!! I went back after going down the street to the TELUS store to have them fix his mistakes and they were kind enough to help me out. I then went back to Josh to tell him I wasn't happy and he blew me off and would not refund any money. Do your self a favor and avoid this company.

Contact imobile, they came out to the house, diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation of the screen, and repaired overnight for $90. Was very impressed with Wan professional approach, not to mention the 6mo warranty on repairs(which is about triple what the competition is offering!!!!) It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed.
