I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. The…read moretechnician came to my home for less than an hour and charged $200. At the time, my printer was working when he left. A couple of weeks later, the printer stopped working entirely. I then spent over an hour on a Zoom troubleshooting session with him, where I was told the issue was with HP and that I needed to contact them because my computer was not recognizing the printer. Unsatisfied with that answer, I hired another technician. Within approximately 20 minutes, he resolved the printer issue and got everything working properly. He charged $45. During this process, it was also discovered that security software installed on my computer was generating frequent pop-ups and that a subsequent scan identified suspicious activity that required attention. When I raised my concerns, I was offered only a partial refund. While I accepted the refund to close the matter, I remain disappointed with the value received for the amount charged and with how the situation was handled. Customers deserve accurate troubleshooting, fair pricing, and confidence that the work performed has genuinely resolved the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

He said he could fix it and then handed me back a phone that granted the adds had been stopped but the actual phone no longer functioned properly because he had transferred the phones the e-sim to another phone and could not recover it, He deleted my entire email history for one of the two email accounts. I had to go to the Telus store down the street and have a new sim installed and they helped me recover my e-mail account and e-mail history. The kicker.... this guy charged me $150.00 for this debacle!! I went back after going down the street to the TELUS store to have them fix his mistakes and they were kind enough to help me out. I then went back to Josh to tell him I wasn't happy and he blew me off and would not refund any money. Do your self a favor and avoid this company.
