It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.

My cell has never been around water and these cells are to be somewhat water proof. I only charge my cell once one time at night by a wall plug not by a car charger that a cable could be setting on a floor in water. I purchased a wireless charger no problems. Once again after a day my cell works using the cable for 2 days only. Now a issue does not charge at all with the cable and says nothing about moisture. As this company hands your cell back after completing diagnostic test and shows all good there is no warranty covered. I was advised to contact Samsung for the ok for repairs . I wish I had just sent my cell to them in the 1st place perhaps it would have been fixed right! Now this store can not find my repair order? Interesting! I all ready spoke to the Toronto call center they had all the info and made a note I be in this Friday at the 37 street location "LINCOLN Park" for a diagnostic test on my cell. I was told 7 to 24 hrs for this and they would prove to me the results afterwards. Horrible communication and they will destroy your stuff…read more Took our 70" TV in for a new motherboard. They said it would be a few weeks. After 6 weeks I called them and they said they thought it was done and they'd call me back in 5 minutes. They never called back. I called the next day and they said it was ready. Horrible communication. When I picked it up the TV was sitting on the floor, stacked in a pile, like all the rest of the TVs everywhere. The tech dragged it a foot or two as I winced and then we picked it up and put it in the van. The TV was wrapped in plastic so I hoped that it would be fine. When I got home I noticed the bottom of the TV was not wrapped and that the whole bottom of the TV was destroyed from scratches. They had obviously dragged it many, many times. The owner said they don't drag TVs ever, to which I said I watched your employee do it once and the evidence shows it happened many times. He then hid behind his store policy that they don't cover scratches. Never again.

what a horrible experience it had been dealing with this business person! He sold me a (very) old…read more(1999) surround sound receiver in mid December in which he gave me a 3 month warranty. ! it stopped working by january. i returned it and he replaced it with another, slightly newer one (2003?) and it failed/ stopped working by mid February. I returned with it and he said he would look at it. He called me the next day and said I "blew it up" and he wasn't going to replace it or give me my $$ back b/ c the warranty had expired. the next day I went back to the store to chat with him and when I walked in the door the door chime rang and he stumbled out from the back with an extremely bloodshot face. it reeked of alcohol in the shop. I had brought a copy of the original sales receipt because he had told me on the phone it had been more than 3 months . It clearly showed the purchase date on the receipt. After showing this to him He still refused to refund or replace. I told him I would show it to a lawyer and see what they thought. He went ballistic ! he swore, called me f$&@ing stupid (b/ c December was more than 3 months away from February ) he told me to "get the f$&@ out of his store. He threatened to call the police (of which I invited him to do and they could decide what the outcome would be) then another fellow came out from the back and encouraged him to settle down and told me to come back he next day when owner was sober. After about another few minutes of having him swear/ cuss/ call me stupid for not knowing how many months there were from December to February. I chose to leave. Kelvin sent a friend/employee (not sure) to come pick up the iPad from my house. I was a bit hesitant seeing how I was about to hand over my ipad to a total stranger, but I trusted the comments here were all legit.
