Was very impressed with Wan professional approach, not to mention the 6mo warranty on repairs(which is about triple what the competition is offering!!!!) It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. If you need basic screen replacement, sure, they are probably fine, it's an easy enough job, but if you need actual diagnosis and repairs, I would avoid, very nice to deal with, friendly but not worth the three days it took for them to tell me less info than what I told them when I dropped it off.

He told me He would check with Manager at other store & the New owner. We'll, it's now April 24/2026 and have still received a text or gotten that phone call as to where my repaired Samsung A5 has disappeared to. The phone number displayed on the window of Wireless repair solution at 393 -17Ave SW of 403-727-2012 is not in service at this time. All I wanted was my cellphone repaired so I could get my pictures & it's memory from that phone. Got NO CELLPHONE & PAID $200. IN CASH UPFRONT & THEY CAN'T FIND MY PHONE AFTER THEY KEEP FLIPPING OWNERSHIP & NO WANTS TO OWN UP WHERE THAT REPAIRED A54 IS THEIR SYSTEM!!! Review made on April 24/2026.
