Contact imobile, they came out to the house, diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation of the screen, and repaired overnight for $90. Was very impressed with Wan professional approach, not to mention the 6mo warranty on repairs(which is about triple what the competition is offering!!!!) I took my cellphone in as my SD card holder/reader had become disconnected. After some…read moreinvestigation, they indicated that they were not able to fix it. So I picked it up and took it home. It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.

The young lady at Shaw did the card but was having trouble moving contacts, photos, etc. to the new device. Thank goodness she recommended going around the corner to Mobile Klinik! A lovely fellow named Edwin promptly took the phones and managed to set-up the new phone in a matter of minutes.
