Contact imobile, they came out to the house, diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation of the screen, and repaired overnight for $90. Was very impressed with Wan professional approach, not to mention the 6mo warranty on repairs(which is about triple what the competition is offering!!!!) I dropped off my cellphone to replace the screen. I tested other cellphones and it worked fine - no glitching. I took it back and buddy said I needed to record a video of what happened as the screen was replaced just fine. How am I supposed to record my phone glitching, when I only have one cellphone? Then he is saying its the wireless charger in my car that's the problem. So I record my phone glitching and take it back and now buddy can see that my phone is acting strangely AFTER I took my phone in for repairs, as it wasn't doing it before, NOW, buddy is saying that the wireless charging component in my phone is not working; not related to the screen repair. So basically he fixed my screen, but caused wireless charging issues in my phone and didn't fix the issue. Don't take your cell phone in to this retailer, unless you're prepared to "discover" new issues with your cell phone.

I took my cellphone in as my SD card holder/reader had become disconnected. After some…read moreinvestigation, they indicated that they were not able to fix it. So I picked it up and took it home. It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.
