I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. He could've communicated with me and told me that he was unable to repair the machine properly but did decided not to communicate. I definitely would highly not recommend this company to anyone.

Perfect example: he said he would phone me by 5:30PM if he could get my computer to work and if he couldn't I could come get it. Its been three weeks since that day and I am just picking it up now. I get that things happen, totally. But the customer is not at fault for your business woes. Even now I am sitting in my hot car waiting for him to show up so I can pick up my expensive paperweight. I am self employed and have been trying to do all of my work from my phone which has been a nightmare. Had I known this was going to take two months and I would come out of it with a broken laptop...i would have just bought a new one two months ago. A couple of weeks later, the printer stopped working entirely. I then spent over an hour on a Zoom troubleshooting session with him, where I was told the issue was with HP and that I needed to contact them because my computer was not recognizing the printer. Unsatisfied with that answer, I hired another technician. Within approximately 20 minutes, he resolved the printer issue and got everything working properly. He charged $45. During this process, it was also discovered that security software installed on my computer was generating frequent pop-ups and that a subsequent scan identified suspicious activity that required attention. When I raised my concerns, I was offered only a partial refund. While I accepted the refund to close the matter, I remain disappointed with the value received for the amount charged and with how the situation was handled. Customers deserve accurate troubleshooting, fair pricing, and confidence that the work performed has genuinely resolved the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
