I found Wireless RS online and saw that they had a high rating in Yelp and decided to call them…read more Chris was excellent on the phone and mentioned that I could get the broken glass on my Samsung S6 camera lens fixed the same day and it would only take about an hour. Music to my ears as I don't like being with my phone for too long. They fixed it and found that the camera lens got scratched when I broke the glass and said they could fix it, however it would be another hour. I had a busy day so said that I would have to come back another day and when I called them to get the camera replaced, not only did they give special pricing, they were able to fit me in right away. I would recommend them for any cell phone repairs as they were very professional, efficient and cost effective. Thanks Sarah and Chris.

Cash upfront for a new battery as it to had to be ordered in & waited. Got a text phone was ready to be picked up & next time i was by i spoke to a Francis who could not find it as previous partners had broken up & store been sold to other party. Frances did find phone & made it ready with paper notes on it for pick-up. We'll, Francis left this employer on short notice due to ??? But I can guess why. Texted with Francis that He had left the Samsung A5 in a paper note with rubber around it & plenty of info as to name & my cell number contact. Last month I find out store has been closed since Dec/2025 & in early April I spoke to a 2day employee who would call me back if he could find it as it was not in any place where He had looked inside the rear of that Wireless repair Solutions on 37St SW West of 17Ave SW at that time. He told me He would check with Manager at other store & the New owner. We'll, it's now April 24/2026 and have still received a text or gotten that phone call as to where my repaired Samsung A5 has disappeared to. The phone number displayed on the window of Wireless repair solution at 393 -17Ave SW of 403-727-2012 is not in service at this time. All I wanted was my cellphone repaired so I could get my pictures & it's memory from that phone. Got NO CELLPHONE & PAID $200. After 8 months of last $100. Cash payment.

Took it into Memory Express Calgary NW about 1 month ago. Was told it would take two weeks or more to get it back to me. I received a call from the technician working on my machine within one week. He related the problem to me over the phone and that he was in the process of repairing the damages. That was a Friday, by Monday I picked up my computer and brought it home. Total time I was without my computer was just over 1 week. I have been using it for approximately 3 weeks with out a problem. It boots up faster than before and there have been no more ugly blue screens of death. My cost was below what I was expecting to pay. I can't say enough good things about my interface with Memory Express regarding the repair of my computer.

Rhe next Saturday i called, and they said the wrong screen came in....im guessing they ordered the wrong screen, bu either way a call to update me would have been nice....so another week went by, and two to three days turned into two weeks, at which point i called them again, the following Saturday, and "ya that came in on Friday"....again no courtesy call. So i dripped my phone off, and was told it would be about an hour and a half maybe two hours, and theyd call me when it was done....three hours later, they were going to be closed soon, so i went back, and sure enough, it was done, and once again, no freakin courtesy call. These people do not give a crap about you, it is obvious. Two weeks later i was back due to the screen cover cracking right across the middle....ive had these things changed before elsewhere and it lasted the better part of two years....after that, it lasted another week and i just took it off, but thats the least of my concerns. Ever since they changed the screen, no one can hear me on speaker phone, and most times cant even hear me when not on speaker phone, on top of that, a few times a day, ill open the pho e, and the screen wont turn on, and sounds like im opening 100 year old book. These guys clearly dont take pride in what they do, they obviously dont care about customers, and it seems that they use very cheap products.....to say the absolute very least, im would not recommend them if you want anything done in reasonable time or quality, and dont expect a courtesy call for any thing at all. Just disappointing.
