Took it into Memory Express Calgary NW about 1 month ago. Was told it would take two weeks or more to get it back to me. I received a call from the technician working on my machine within one week. He related the problem to me over the phone and that he was in the process of repairing the damages. That was a Friday, by Monday I picked up my computer and brought it home. Total time I was without my computer was just over 1 week. I have been using it for approximately 3 weeks with out a problem. It boots up faster than before and there have been no more ugly blue screens of death. My cost was below what I was expecting to pay. I can't say enough good things about my interface with Memory Express regarding the repair of my computer.

When we arrived at this location, the employee told us the model discussed on the phone was not the same TV we wanted, even though the other location had confirmed it was. We explained, politely, what had already happened with the mixed up information and the fact that we had paid upfront for a product that still was not available. The employee smirked and laughed in response, which came across as mocking rather than an attempt to help. There was no attempt to find a solution. We left more frustrated than when we arrived. Unprofessional and rude, on top of everything else that had already gone wrong with this purchase.

I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. He could've communicated with me and told me that he was unable to repair the machine properly but did decided not to communicate. I definitely would highly not recommend this company to anyone.
