Told me he had to check with the owner to decide how this would be resolved. Tried to reach back out to them for over a week now and no response. BTW, never received my Pearl certification either. Total scam!!!

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! After talking to our realtor, we decided it's in our best interest to hire an inspector for our new build to see things the builders may not point out. That's where Bob (Robert) Bremner came in and opened our eyes to so many things during the inspection. The eye that Bob has is insanely keen and so detailed. He saw things so quickly that my husband and I oversaw due to the excitement of buying a home. Holy moly, I can go on about how observant he was and it still wouldn't do justice!
