I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. Had a pre-emergent weed service today and the tech was at my house for 5 minutes tops if anything less than that. I have a huge front yard and backyard. So it should be taking them a lot longer to spray my yards. Having weeds that show no treatment on them nor anywhere around my yard could I see sprayed.

I have been using Green Magic for years and recommend them to my neighbors friends and family. They are wonderful from their employees both in office and the technicians that come out. We have appreciated the call back ability though, if we have breakthrough pest issues between our every other month service. Most notable lately has been paper wasps. Gregory O. shook every bush and searched all crannies to find the source of our headache. They're still in the neighborhood but not living /nesting directly at our property any longer.
