Today on the 202, a driver in a truck for this company refused to merge and nearly took out my right bumper because he wouldn't get over. He was driving almost on the shoulder because he refused to merge. He then proceeded to keep brake checking me-- I have no clue if this was intentional or because he was on his phone. Do better, terrible driver. Edit: Changing to 3 stars, because the owner took responsibility and apologized. I appreciate when businesses take accountability. I have been using Complete Pool care for years and one day I was having issues with another pest control company in the area. I noticed on my weekly reports from Complete Pool Care they were also providing pest control services. I gave them a call and John came out to survey the area with his colleague Art. They took care of our termites and we have been happy ever since. A month ago we were having issues with ants. Once again , Art came out and took care of us. I called out Complete Pest Management for a termite inspection after our service technician from another company found 2 small tunnels on an outside wall. There was no sign of termite activity elsewhere on our property. Stuart Babcock, General Manager of CPM, responded to my call immediately and came out promptly. He spent a significant amount of time inspecting the home and recommended top of the line chemicals to eliminate a possible infestation. He was very knowledgeable and presented his recommendations in a reasonable manner. I never felt pressured or subjected to "scare" tactics, which I did experience with 2 other companies. Shortly after his visit, Stuart emailed us a readable contract with outstanding pricing. We did request a few small revisions, which he honored and tended to immediately. The service technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation job of both bait stations and liquid chemicals. The areas where drilling was done in the patio grout joints were expertly repaired that day. To sum it up, the customer service on all levels was excellent. They will be inspecting the bait stations multiple times this year, and I look forward to their visits. Live in an area with lots of scorpions and roaches, so I decided to call Complete Pest Management. Glad that I did, service is top notch and professional, this company has not missed one step at all. When the service tech showed up, and introduced himself, he asked immediately what and where are our pest issues. He spent an hour treating the house, and explained everything I needed to know about our scorpion problem. After meeting Art our technician, I knew this was the service for us. We would see on average 5 to 10 scorpions a month inside our house, now we have not seen any after three months of service. On the third month we had fire ants in our grass, showed Art on his monthly visit, they were gone the next day, and have not been back since. This is the company to go with, my wife and I are in the process of building a pool soon, we will hire them for our pool service as well, for when that time comes.
