We called everywhere for three days trying to find a rescue service that could help us figure out what to do without harming the family with no luck. Finally, another rescue service that couldn't help us at the time, suggested we try Joe at Lone Wolf. I called and he re-arranged his overloaded schedule to make us his first stop in the morning. He gently corralled the ducklings, but had no luck with the mama, she wanted nothing to do with it and eventually flew away. Joe takes the rescued orphans where he and his family expertly raise them until their old enough to release back in the wild. He was very patient and carefully explained what he does and is a great guy to boot. His fees are more than reasonable. He deals with all kinds of wildlife and/or pests, so if you have a problem, he should be the first and last call you need to make.

Every pest control company…read moreI've previously had in my home has worn shoe covers, but the two workers from this company did not. Considering pest control technicians may come into contact with animal or insect droppings and other contaminants throughout the day, you would think this would be a basic consideration when entering someone's home. I was not home when they entered, and when I returned, I found a little "gift" on my floor that appeared to be animal feces. It was absolutely not there when I left. They also turned on my kitchen lights and left them on. I didn't get home until hours later, so seeing the lights on immediately made me wonder if someone was inside my home. Most concerning, there are two locks on my door, both of which were locked when they arrived. When they left, only one of the two locks was secured. These three things say a lot about their attention to detail and the level of care they take when working inside someone else's home. Between the cleanliness issue, leaving the lights on, and failing to fully secure my door, I would not feel comfortable using this company again. I would recommend looking elsewhere for pest control services.
