I have 2 cats and I don't want to add chemicals to my home. His approach on pest control for your home is focused on behaviors and other fixes that focus on keeping the bugs out so that they don't get into your home (which means you don't need chemicals. :) When that isn't the solution, he's provided treatment for ants in the backyard and in the house which worked so no more ants. i appreciate his timelines of response and his courtesy as well.

He spent 10 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting, offered a game plan that I could execute on my own, and then told me how long I should wait before calling him back to help if what we did didn't work. He said he could come out today if I was really worried but that he didn't want me to waste money if I could solve it on my own. Such a great, patient, knowledgeable guy.

They were hilarious and very careful in the house. Steve was busy making sure everything was put back where it was found. He got the service done in under an hour and arrived when he said he would. It gave me peace of mind knowing he took care of my house like it was his house. I was also grateful that for an hour of labor, the cost was not crazy. Brian and, Crystal came out the next day, took a good look at the fence, and said it would take about an hour to repair. They gave me a date and actually texted, me a few days, early and asked if they could, come by and fix it. Sure enough, in an hour, the fence was back up, stronger than it had been. The price was right, the quality of the work was excellent, and Brian and Crystal are wonderful to work with. When I need one of my gates, repaired, I'm calling them back out here

Update #5 The bank…read morehas permanently issued a full refund. A claim for quality was filed with Fountain Hills Gate and Fence. The claim was accepted by the merchant and was not won by a technicality, meaning that they agreed with my dissatisfaction with their service. This entire review could have been avoided had they chosen that route from the very beginning. Update #4 I am attaching the harassing message I received from Crystal Loveless threatening to sue me for false claims. I'm assuming she is trying to intimidate me to remove my review. Update #3 Crystal Loveless took me to Municipal Court and attempted to have a protective order placed on me making false allegations that I sexually harassed her husband and for making a call to the police because I didn't know for sure she was the one who took the gate, among other unproven claims. Maybe she should have reached out to me prior to coming onto my property and removing the gate instead of two days after. She took just the center of the gate since the two sides are bolted into the concrete with wedge anchors that you cannot remove! I found out the gate was gone after I opened the front door and my three dogs ran down the street, instead of just onto the front patio. The Judge threw the case out. They didn't honor the contract, they take on too much work to keep any focus on or about your job, their installation should make anyone RUN, and they don't respond to your rightful complaints. The only thing that was ever offered was to put paint in all the holes. Why did they install the gate where it's sloped for water run off instead of moving it back a few inches to where it's level? The photo of the denial of that order is being added to this review. Please also look at the pictures of how they installed the gate. I would like to correct the wording in my first review stating that they stole my gate. They did repossess it for nonpayment. I filed a claim with my credit card company and they temporarily refunded me the money. I just wasn't sure at the time what was going on because Crystal didn't notify me that they were coming onto my property to do so. I didn't receive an email from Crystal until two days after they came onto my property and removed the middle of the gate leaving both side panels. She only sent that email after she was contacted by the police.

I manage over 25 LTR & STR properties and was hopeful that I might have found my go-to company based on the recommendations I received for AZ Maintenance. I received quotes for work to be done on 2 properties. Not a huge job ($3000) but a solid variety of tasks that allowed me to see if this is an experienced company that can do the jobs well and reliably (installing ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fans, weather-stripping exterior doors, tightening a few loose toilets). They said that it would take 4 days to complete our job. So I waited 3 weeks until they could scheduled us in. At the end of the 4 days, this was what was completed: 1 ceiling fan installed in a bedroom. Nothing else. 4 days to install a ceiling fan? The injury to insult was the total lack of communication from the office. Not one single email, text or phone call after I left multiple messages as to what the status of our job was. We had tenants moving in the following week so I sent an detailed email to cancel and explained what went so terribly wrong with this job. No reply. Just an invoice for the 1 ceiling fan.
