Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. I'm terrified of scorpions!! He put me at ease. Thank you again Insectek. We look forward to continuing our service in the future and have put in a request to have our same tech that was out today as our regular technician.

Loud Shout-Out to Simply Green Pest Control!…read more Most pests don't bother me. I can handle scorpions, rats, mice, snakes... but, for whatever reason, I am not equipped to handle arachnids. I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I highly recommend Estrella Mountain Pest Control for your pest control service. Here's why- A…read morecouple years ago we bought a home and kept the pest control that the previous owners had set up. It was a monthly schedule costing around $50. The technician was capable, but the corporate company he worked for had various issues. When he left the company, I decided to check for a local company. After reading an article in a magazine written by Larry Cash, owner of Estrella Mountain Pest Control, I gave him a call. Larry does the initial treatment, and answered all my questions. He really knows his stuff! He set us up on an every other month treatment schedule at a cost of not much over what it was costing us each month with the corporate co. Our family recently acquired a much larger 2nd property and I called Larry again. When he came to set up the EOM treatment plan, it was the same cost as our smaller home. That surprised me because I expected it to be much more. I also had another pest concern, and Larry did not just go 'the extra mile', he went an extra 5 miles to ease my concerns. That's when I told him I was going to do a review. He did not ask me to. He's fair and genuine, and I appreciate that! Chris & Rick Rose
