Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. Lied and told her it that there were so many discounts they included that the treatment would only be $100. Then charged her credit card and gave her a BLANK invoice, so she didn't know she was charged $2,500 until much later.

Knowing the warranty period was set to expire in about a year, I researched termite companies in the phoenix area and "House Doctor Exterminating" had good reviews. Upon digging further I found that the company is still locally owned and operated and has not been sold to private equity. The owner, David, is awesome. We had several talks and he really impressed me with his knowledge, all I could think is "I want to hire this guy". David gave us an initial quote for another 5 year bond in Spring of 2025. Since we still had a year of warranty left with the home builder we budgeted and saved. When I called David back in March of 2026 he still honored his old quote, without me asking! We set an appointment and the tech came out on time and performed the work safely and efficiently. He explained the entire process, what chemicals he would be using, addressed any safety concerns I had and got to work. If I ever have any future need for a termite company or general pest control David is my new go to, hands down, no questions asked.

The company I eventually chose to do the work found the termite entry point, evidence of their coming into my home, and resolved it with a $350 spot treatment. Furthermore, if for some reason that doesn't fix the problem, they will credit that $350 to them doing the same whole home prevention for only $1150 total. The quoted treatment aside, my main concern was the lack of follow through on the quote. Due to the perceived urgency of matter I contacted the company the day following the inspection and requested to schedule/ pay for the service. I was told that the tech did not enter the quote/ visit information into the system, and they would contact me later that day to get everything scheduled. But, they never contacted me again. I am not implying they are dishonest by promoting a more expensive treatment, but my overall experience was subpar.
