I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. The rep also come out every other month but company charge me every month. That's frustrating being charge every month but the service is not up to par. I also did what they told me about another treatment which twice as expensive and can come back to regular service. Now, having seeing roaches in different areas in couple of days, I am starting to doubt what they spray is working. I might need to look into some where else servicing my home.
