Instead, I was met with ongoing mechanical issues and disappointing service. From the beginning, I was pressured into purchasing unnecessary service packages that didn't fit my budget or needs. I made it clear what I was looking for, yet I felt rushed through the process without having the time or support to make an informed decision. Within weeks of purchase, the vehicle began slipping gears and stalling without warning. I contacted the service department several times about the issues and open recalls, but it was difficult to get anyone to return calls or provide clear answers. When I finally got an appointment, communication was poor, and it felt like my concerns were dismissed. As a disabled parent, reliability and safety aren't optional--they're essential. This vehicle was supposed to be a dependable family car. Instead, it has caused unnecessary stress, financial strain, and worry for my kids' safety. I'm sharing this so other families, especially those with unique needs like mine, can make an informed choice. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet based on my experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they treat their customers--especially those who depend on them most.

    Germaine Hyundai has been a headache every time I've gone…read more You schedule service weeks in advance to be done only to get there and wait an hour and be told "sorry, we don't have the part in for this. You'll need to reschedule for a few weeks later." If you give them your actual address and phone number as they insist when you first go there, they will send you spam every week. I've asked multiple times to be removed and last time was told I was taken off but to give it a few weeks. 6 months later I'm still receiving their spam to get an oil change on my electric car. A few months ago I bring one of my Hyundai's in for a coolant light that kept popping up. I'm told I need to pay $800 for a flush. Proprietary coolant. Special flush machine. You know.... So I pay for the flush, as well as the diagnostic to come to that conclusion. Bring it in a few weeks later because I notice the coolant is low, and they top it off. A few weeks ago I notice the warning light again, check the coolant and it's below the minimum. Yep, leaking coolant. I call, tell the service rep that I've been in for this issue previously and the coolant is leaking. I bring it in, they ask $250 for another diagnostic, $7,000 for a repair/replace of the radiator, radiator housing, coolant, flush, and damage to the crash bar. It's all bent up from an accident. "Why wasn't I told about this the last time it was here and I paid for a diagnostic?!?" Whoops, Germain Hyundai is not sorry. No apology given, just deflected blame on the service coordinator that's no longer employed. I asked why I have to pay a diagnostic again when I already paid for it and they failed to actually properly diagnose the problem. *crickets and blank stares* Germain will charge you exorbitant dealership prices for service, but the above is the sort of quality you can expect there. I would love if they showed accountability and care towards their customers, but that's not how Germain operates.

I've been calling asking to speak to a manager to see what could be done (possibly a loaner car) but I always get the manger is not in but they will call you back THEY NEVER DO! The sad part is during this time my husband had to have opened heart surgery and I've had to spend extra money on renting a car or ubering just to be with my husband in the hospital. I called practically begging them to help me and they couldn't even call me back. If you want to buy from a company that is fair, compassionate and cares about the community they serve DO NOT buy here, they can't even keep the promise to call someone back so I wouldn't expect them to keep a promise that they are selling reliable cars.

I missed my initial appointment because i didn't know i would need to drp the vehicle off for something minor so they give me an appointment 2 months out. cool. fast forward to this month They are the rudest people ever over the phone. I called in because my alternator is gone completely out on my truck and all she had to say was your account is at risk because i was 10 days past due on my car payment. i told her i already called in prior to that to get a grace period extension or whatever and they let me know that was ok but this finance manager is really rude and disrespectful. she hung up on me. owner is never around to take calls or complaint. i regret iving them my money
